have a great competition outside of a bar I guess when I was learning Drake it was about
how you expressed yourself on that stage it's about being fierce party don't
start till the queen gets there all right we're gonna do the
drag queen competition yes I'm just blown away still at the fact that this is
a first nation Community that's light years away from most cities that I've been to with acceptance
It's unbelievably powerful you guys this is so be yourself wh
ether you're dual spirited you know love has no colors no Shades
be proud be loud and be who you are I just want to say thank you very
much for the invitation I am like extremely honored to be here in Cadott
Lake and your guys's treaty days does everybody know where the chief lives

another Persona get on stage and work it and so that's what we're looking
for somebody that's gonna be proud of who they are and what the

and how they move and just own that stage girlfriend look our boyfriend whichever

competition there was a clear standout and we would like the crowd to give a great

amazing her presence her confidence it was something that I saw in myself when

that's what it's all about having fun that's the key thing I'm so like blown away by this whole
entire community and how forward they are [Music] the Drake show was amazing everybody
that participated the crowd was cheering everybody like you know even the youth knew
being too spirited was you're a boy and a girl so I was just I was floored

that you always walk with us and guide us I was invited to come and pick Sage to be out
here it's really grateful and truly blessed sure that you're not not really
picking Sage that have a lot of seeds because those ones are the ones
that replant itself and re-harvest itself hopefully the longer the better so when you're
bundling them it's your you know set of the shorter ones just you and nature being one lik

it just feels so so like therapeutic almost it just looks like our ancestors are
talking to USA with all the grass they are they're saying pick my children pick you
know what they say is like when you have areas where lots of medicine grows and
you don't pick our ancestors are crying so they're crying to be picked because
they want us to share the healing medicine oh this is a beautiful one yes look at that oh my

invite somebody from a small isolated Community to come and visit and
show her the city well are

when he makes those probably my first lgbtq store that I've been in what is this hacker put it
in your pants give the appearance of a bulge oh drag Kings and trans guys want to have a nice
package too right okay it's for the Drake Kings okay it's very interesting just to see like all
the stuff by and for lgbtq people look inquiries so this is like what's all connec
ted to the LGBT

we're gonna do her makeup and get her dressed up and then I'm gonna dress up and we're gonna
go to a cabaret how you feeling a bit nervous why I never actually done like somebody put

I just drew a little microphone because you know she
likes to perform and likes to sing and stuff he already knows his body knows his mind knows
that he actually feels safest as Isis on stage and so him even just looking at the butterfly
that he drew with the mic can be very powerful to him when you look at that butterfly does it
make you feel good yeah it does yeah cool it out I do love the fact that I do feel safe when I'm
