are possibly in the water want to show you uh at least one photo from the scene now taken by Harford County Fire and Rescue you can see a portion of the bridge completely submerged in the Patapsco River and this is video from our affiliate station in Baltimore circling over the scene it's dark now but we expect to see the full scope of this damage as the sun comes up now that collapses forced part of Baltimore's belt weight to shut down this morning right now an intense Rescue Mission and inves
