h you  that's the important thing you know hello here's pancakes the little otter very friendly  there you go no so you uh you what's your name brother Francisco Francisco and you're  the owner of this bar that I thought was for sale buy a restaurant for sale  restaurant what's your experience October to April after we have five months rest  yeah but it's very busy very busy yeah if you if advice to an expert I was thinking  about buying a bar or a restaurant on the beach what would you say the 

only advice to provide good service because our customers are 95 from Europe  they're the standard service need to be for people from Europe how many  Bungalows you have here 22 no 21 now in low season in this moment until yesterday  I have 12 Bungalows with people and now I have eight okay tomorrow I'm going to have six but now  it's getting bad but from we open on November and from November to April almost for food booking  everything over 95 so your money into High season and then yeah the l

ow season are going to open  last year was the first year I opened long season and this year also because we have people go  working online yeah they come I give the Bungalow per month because they also use motorbikes come to  the bar restaurants this is about restaurant yes and the prices are not the prices that  everybody have at the beach we have Road Road restaurant prices our prices are  really really low for beer at the beach do you change the prices for the high Seasons  you know in the r

estaurant or the restaurant bar restaurant is the same price all year and  the only thing the Bungalow has changed a lot the big season we have the Bungalows we  are not the expensive one we are in the middle of the prices but all lantage now the  Bungalows now on 1000 900 baht in pixels one is three thousand two three thousand three  the reason we make the money in High season wow I came for maximum I was living  in Malta I didn't know nothing about Thailand I'm from Chile I met the Italian  la

dy and she told me I go to Holiday Style I came here the first time and after I went to  leave Australia two years in case and I came back all the time and one day I come I met  this lady and I get married and I never yeah nine years already send me my wife yeah nine  years and so what what is your place called and where people can find you Beach Resort yeah  is one of the most popular Resort now in London with uh everybody know where is the location and  everything and are you usually here or d

o you take breaks and go to Columbus no we take breaks but  the before covet we always break clothes for six months after covet we just keep opening and we  have people I still be having my staff working and you know since when I make the money for pay  salaries pay bills that's it but the high season will make the money for for enjoying low season  perfect but not for sale yeah right now [Laughter] I need to pay a lot of bills thank you very much thank you thank you brother  so one with the loo

king you can see somebody's getting this one ready for next season I did  find out that the going rate here is around 50 000 Baht per month for the rent but you can  find cheaper if it's just a bar if it's a bar restaurant around 50 000 Baht per rent but  I was told that you can get something for twenty thousand Baht if it was just a beach  bar you know something quite simple uh so far I haven't been looking in my search as you saw that  um of one for sale but I'm gonna keep on pushing through k

eep on going down the beach of course  I've been coming to this island for 15 years I love spent months at a time here and I love  it I love this place so a small bar like this beachfront you're talking the rent of around 30 000. and so you've got a  bit of a seating area here small bar and it looks like they're building guest  house in the back remember the low season here can kill you because this island goes from super busy  to really quiet through the low season so like our friend Francesco

said you have to make sure you're  making the money in the High season to keep going for the low season Patty's Secret Garden here  also looks quite nice obviously restaurant nice tables and chairs in the shade too under the trees  very nice and they built this beautiful bamboo Dome here that's life in member isn't it in your  bar area here pool table in the back I think these are all on complexes with guest houses too  which just wouldn't be for rent and but I'm just kind of showing you differe

nt bars and never am  I suggesting should you buy a bar in cold lunch or anywhere else in fact I would highly recommend  that somebody that shows you these things that you do not buy a bar on colander it is unless you're  very wealthy and it's just like a side project and then here is an example of a bar where  they've kind of renovated and they've made it quite new is the bamboo very nicely decorated this will go for more for  sure and everything is empty filming these empty bars now so you've
