hey everyone I know you've all been waiting
to see the inside of this new trailer we're at the show Shane here Roa I'm out down
in Utah get them Nate we opened up a location in South Carolina not too long ago and you're just
outside of where yeah we're outside of Greenville so the upstate South Carolina we're close to
North Carolina Tennessee uh the Georgia area so yeah it's an awesome spot and yeah we're excited
to see this new product we came out to Virginia for one of the dealers that re
present the Imperial
Outdoors explore brand and we came out to meet up with Isaac and Steve and the whole team out here
because you guys got all everything on display so super excited to introduce yourself I'm Steve
from Imperial Outdoors so glad you guys could come out and see us yeah and I know you people have
seen you on videos and stuff but you know tell us a little bit more about your background well
I've been working with Imperial Outdoors since we started the off-road products about
almost three
years ago now and before that I was a supplier to the RV industry so I had a lot of experience
going in and out of the plants and learn working with all the other RV manufacturers so for decades
right 30 years 30 years 30 years and you synced up with Isaac because you've just always loved
how Innovative he is right and all that process right and always enjoy the conversations he was a
customer of mine for years before I went to work with him so now you guys are you know debatab
ly
making the best trailer in the world and I'm super excited about that I think it's raising a new
standard in America to this point we haven't had something like this you know made in America you
can go out and you can look at zones and kedrons and and whatever trailers on the other side of
the Seas there are you can look at them you can drool over them and then you all sudden start
going wait I have to pay a hundred and what 30 40 50 Grand and I have to import it and then the
electrical
system is not even America they're not truly built for our Indus for our you know
needs here in the USA yeah so finally we have a manufacturer here in the USA in Wisconsin built in
Wisconsin I'm building you know trailers that are better or equal to anything else in the world
Australia South Africa anything out there well this is without doubt better for us because
it's Four Seasons you know and that's that's the inherent flaw in anything from Africa or Australia
is everything all the wate
r lines are underneath they're all exposed they just don't build cold
weather like we do right yeah especially up in Wisconsin they have the extremes so yeah I mean
Isaac was saying yesterday that they they've been camping in 60 below zero that's I've never even
experienced anything like that I don't even want to but it's very nice to know that it's capable
of doing that well yeah you can go back and look at some of our videos last year from the previous
model the x22 in the middle of the s
ummer it was like 100 to 110 degrees I turned on the air
conditioning and got it down to 40 degrees this was in the x22 you know and it's like that's
that's mind-blowing there's no trailer usually it will freeze up you know so it works whether you're
down in Arizona or whether you're in Wisconsin in the middle of winter so the the quality the
construction the materials it's it's phenomenal and we're just super excited about it and we're
going to walk you around this trailer and go inside an
d check it out let's go okay this isn't
going to be a crazy in-depth tour like we do like you've seen in the past we're gonna kind of go
over the outside pretty quick Fast Pace you know talk about some of the main things um but Steve
will you actually talk to us a little bit about what we got going on back here and talk about how
it can be options so basically we give you several different choices for the back of the trailer
you've got the the storage box which will fit a 2000 watt generato
r there's several shelves in
there too to give you a little bit more option for stuff you can opt in the Jerry can carrier instead
of the storage box it looks like it's going to come out here on the side of the storage box we've
got molly boards on the storage box as well so you can attach stuff to that the other choice is the
the spare tire and we even give you an option for the uh the high lift Jack as well yeah so you
can be modular like you can put scary cans in a box you can put spare
tire and Jerry cans or
and a Molly board or a Molly board and a box or you know like so it does have that customization
ability so you can actually really make it kind of more unique your own one of the things that
I want to talk about is these proprietary tracks that Imperial has designed these this is like a
t-track so it does fit like the standard t-track this Extrusion it's but it's their own design but
so you'll be able to add some things and gear to the trailer in a way that you could
n't on other
trailers and that's cool is because some people are just drilling holes through the walls and
mounting stuff and that's not the design behind this trailer is the capability whether hot or
cold and whenever you start you know putting holes through the walls you're going to lose
that Integrity of heat you know the transfer and all that um you got a cool plug back here
which I really like because you know if I got my equipment back here and I want to be charging
something somethi
ng else that's hilarious actually when you guys got here you were talking about how
your neighbor was running a generator and gassing you out right and it's noisy it's obnoxious
and what'd you guys do just said plug them into our trailer so you plug their trailer into
our trailer so you plug their trailer into your trailer so you guys just ran an extension cord
back here and plugged in your neighbor's trailer and you've been giving them power all weekend
all weekend isn't that hilarious and
and we're still at like 98 98. you know what they were
running three refrigerators and a freezer that's a free Power that we're collecting from
the sun because of the amazing solar array right so going around let's talk about we have some
shackles down here for Recovery you do have the arc stabilizer Jacks and this is all you have
one on all four corners and those are rated for about 2 000 about 19 just over 1900 pounds so
you can actually lift the trailer 1900 pounds each each one yeah ea
ch one so you have a lot
of capability to lift this trailer up you also four wheels yes four wheels we've towed a lot
a four-wheel trailers that Australian design and independent four-wheel off-road is is really I
love I think that is it's the stability of it and you can see the wheels just articulating you know
independent from each other it is all sitting on a cruise Master ATX suspension airbag so when you
get to Camp with a press of a button you're you're leveling side to side you know
you're not driving
on blocks uh or if you need the high clearance to get into some of the locations you want to camp
you've got that ability to raise it up you can have it lower for traveling on the freeway and the
travel about six and a half inches about six and a half inches from top to bottom so traveling you
put it down low you get great you know highway speeds and you get off-road you raise it up you
have tons of clearance let's walk around over here talk about some of this stuff over
here okay
here we are over on the driver's side want to talk a little bit about um some of the construction
materials some of the power options one of the things that I like about the new explorers is
there's a lot of power options we have it and it's built in stages from stage one two or three
this this goes with the solar and the battery system the x145 we talked about it you can only
do stage one and two on the solar because the roof is not as big this has a bigger roof so you
can get u
p to how many watts 1240 watts of solar 1240 watts of solar this is amazing like that
is so much power on that roof the whole roof is covered with solar when you do that so you're
not putting anything up there is because the whole roof is just covered in solar 12 volt air
conditioning unit runs completely off-grid the station We've ran the air conditioner for days at
a time when there's plenty of Sun yeah and it just and the battery stays pretty much fully charged
what I love is that not al
l solar is the same there are very nice expensive panels they're
cheap panels and how you mount the panels makes a huge difference and you guys have taken all
that into account you have very nice high-end panels you've mounted them onto the the track
system so it's not actually mounted to the roof yes to the to the rack system so you can get air
underneath because the hotter a panel gets the less efficient it becomes yes so it's not just
1240 Watts but it's done properly yeah it's done very
efficient which is amazing you're going to
get a lot more power yeah and that's why we're seeing 100 running air conditioner for days
on right and then to match the solar we have a thousand eighty amp hours of lithium that's
a stage three you don't have to option you can option stage one stage two stage three but stage
one is 360 amp hours of lithium which is that's mind-blowing amazing just just as a comparison
1080 amp hours of lithium battery is like 24. AGM batteries yeah that's that's
like that would
be the whole floor of the trailer right like this is you know five years ago this was something
that you just couldn't really do necessarily right because the technology of lithium and batteries
has advanced so much that is really something that's setting I believe this trailer apart
from everything out in the industry even even in Australia is because some of the top of the
line Caravans out there are going to do 600 amp hours maybe 800 but 1080 is more than I've than
I'v
e seen yeah that's best in class I mean that's bruter territory you know the xp8 they advertise
similar battery bank but once again you're gonna the price tax 200 Grand and you have to ship it
right and wait a year so you're you're looking potentially 225 a quarter of a million dollars
that's insane right for a similar battery Bank you know they're different right they're different
and and the insulation Bar None this is going to be the best on the market best in class but let's
talk a litt
le bit about some of the construction material because this is a fully composite
material fiberglass on each side of it there's a backing a carbon fiber backing that the fiberglass
is inlaid to and then a high density foam board how thick is this wall again two and five-eighths
of an inch that's almost three inches thick that is an extremely thick wall that's unbelievable
what's the standard thickness and a half inch and a half anything over that is you know it's
just crazy what about the r
oof the roof is the same and the floor is the same all three all the
panels are the same thickness and same composite yeah it's all this same composite very strong
all one piece seamless you're not dealing with an aluminum studs so you're not going to have that
thermal ridging or transfer into the inside you're not going to have condensation all of these things
are really really cool you have the polycarbonate dual pane windows this is the Eurovision
what kind of tires are we sitting on her
e Maxis Maxis Razer ATS the the rims are sitting
on a 16 inch rim I actually love these tires I put these on my own truck and I had some nittos
previously and I'm already wearing better on these I'm noticing like the ride is better and I'm
not wearing through the rubber as fast so I love these tires so much that I put them on my truck
over here I want to talk about the wet Bay Area um this is going to be where all your controls
are for cruise Master for the airbag suspension you also have a
remote so you can take this out
and hook this up in your truck or your key and so when you get to Camp you can sit outside and
use it oh you have an outside shower all your water system here and one of the things that I
love and this is something you're not going to see in other trailers when you're importing them
is ability to winterize the trailer out here easy access to just turn a valve your antifreeze goes
through the lines it's super convenient super easy the behind this panel is the
heat so you're
getting radiant heat into this thing and and that's one of the reasons why it's capable you
know you see so many trailers where everything is just like exposed all of this is normally you
know outside sitting on the wall where it's gonna get really cold but yeah well it's essentially
to freeze yeah now the off-grid capacity here is something else that's really important because
we set the system up so you can pump water in off out of a fresh water source yeah yeah which is
really cool it would have worked great in your hot tub video I know right because in our hot
tub video we had to get a separate pump dump it in the lake and then go through the filters
into it this so you're saying right here turn the water pump on and it will suck water in correct
yeah exactly yeah and and then and 60 gallons of fresh water 60 gallon gray and no black tank
it comes with a dry flush toilet it truly is designed for off-grid with those types of
capacities and no black tanks t
riple sill on this door so everything's gonna seal up
really good and these latches these are a cam latch so when you actually turn it you can see
it it actually sucks in and creates a good seal you know something else in conjunction with all
the the power we put on the roof is the truma combi system yeah that is our heater and our
furnace yeah in our hot water system yeah so it does both yeah and the amazing thing about it
is it also works on gas or electric yeah so you've got a renewable
resource you can use almost
any time to run your heater or your hot water system which you you used it on electric right
a little while ago I have because you were at it you didn't have propane in there no propane and it
was freezing cold in Upstate New York yes and then so at night you just turned that on to electric
and it heated up the trailer yes off-grid so it's almost like if you have the power it's almost like
the default should be electric because you have so much solar and so much
battery power that why
not just use it on electric and then if you start to get down on the power then you just started on
propane well and yeah I mean electric is going to consume a ton of energy uh but like if you have it
if it's if the sun is coming out and it's bright and and also it's just to me it's like that that
emergency of oh shoot I'm out of propane well it's a redundancy of it too right we want to have both
options it's the same thing with the solar panel set up in three differe
nt banks right if you crash
a branch into your first solar Bank you've still got power you can still get power out of the other
two Banks yeah you don't you're not and same with the battery same with the charging system which
we can talk more about inside the charging system also has redundancies right because most campers
have one charger system this has two charging systems right so if one fails it's kind of like
sorry you're out of luck right you're coming in you want to warranty it yeah
but it I mean we
gotta grab the parts ship them you're you're kind of like you're sinking right right you know you're
in trouble you have no power this has all of that ability where you lose the charger inverter system
goes down you can still plug this trailer in and get power which is really really cool and that's
important with the redundancies let's head up over here okay here we have the pass-through storage
goes all the way through to the other side there's lots of storage on the trai
ler Inside and Out you
do have another solar Port so if you if 1200 This is 40 watts is not enough you can throttle and
a lot of times you are parked in the shade at a campground maybe true if you have a couple
hundred watts of portable power it can really help yeah that's true and you can throw it out
and yeah you know with the long cord 30 amp plug that's for your Shore power why did you guys put
a short power plug on it redundancies I'm just saying we got so much battery and so much sola
r
you might never need to plug it in we've never plugged them in yet isn't that amazing and the six
weeks I've been traveling with the other one I've yet to plug it in you've yet to plug it in you
have not plugged it in in six weeks of traveling and you've been sleeping in it staying in it right
that's that's awesome that's really exciting very big storage compartment in here too it's not
passed through on the other side of the solar it's the propane tanks but this this gauge the the
thick
ness of this aluminum this is all aluminum so everything from the chassis up is all aluminum
all of this all this so you're never going to be dealing with rusting or anything like that
but it's also very strong and robust right you have some steps here that you can actually walk
up and you can stand on this this is very thick um you've options it you have your bikes on
there right you can put two bike racks on there yeah it's a fully welded aluminum box so it'll
be completely sealed yeah an
d lots of storage capacity to put up here with mounting points which
is really nice you have another one of these Molly rack panels and you have your storage up in here
where you have your stairs that go inside if you watch the 145 you saw me take these out and
install them and they're really nice and easy cool thing is you're never going to knock off
your stairs because they get stashed in here and we knock off how many stairs have we knocked off
way too many way too many so we're always g
rateful when we see the steps that can be removed put
inside stored away safely whatever it's because we go down to Moab and I don't think we ever leave
Moab without knocking or bending some stairs right on almost all the trailers we have once again a
few tracks up here you can see how you can mount your tracks your boards up there you can mount
other things too it really gives you that um ability to custom it the way you want it with
these with these t-tracks so we've done many videos on h
itches you know obviously the standard
ball hitch is the basically Sparrow used right an ancient EGS behind his with his chariots yes it's
been around a long long time and we've done you know Mick hitches we've done Cruise Masters we've
done everything out there and this is easily one of the best hitches in the world it's the ease
of hookup the longevity how durable it is it's full articulating too which is really important
in an off-road trailer I like to tell people if you don't have a fu
ll articulating hitch you know
it's it's hard to call it an off-road trailer yeah because you need to be able to go side to side up
and down and we've seen um these hitches where you know people actually like got into bad situations
and rolled their trailers and the cool thing about it is the truck stayed you know it's completely
on the ground and the trailer went this way right yeah and if you have a ball it's just gonna smack
and it could pull your truck over so it's really cool um absolu
tely essential to have a hitch like
this on anything that you're calling off-road this is well I you know this is not a standard thing
you see on trailers in America and it should be it should be on every single trailer I love being
able to have the extra security of pulling that and you know you mean you don't like talking get
the wheels like running out there as it starts to roll away you forget your talks what do you get
blocks and rocks yeah pieces of wood or something anything you can
find to get it from it is silly
like this is awesome I still typically I'll use this and if I'm on a crazy Hill exactly I'll draw
the flat ground this will be fine but if you're on an incline you'll still need to you know make sure
but I think this is one of the best things yeah I love this it just it holds it in place the arc
jockey wheel is also cool because that has the a wheel on it and if you did put it down to almost
the lowest position you can actually grab the trailer and recover it
you can strap something to
it and pull it you know people talk about if you got on a road and you you couldn't turn around you
could potentially get out and recover it you also have to change back there that you could pull it
so it that's kind of like the design behind that with jockey wheel and that's you see that in
pretty much all the Australian trailers on the market yeah so let's open this and check this out
oh yes struts yep I love that holding it up this is where the stairs go but y
ou have some space in
and around it where you can put some extra things it comes with all of your equipment for your um
airbag man and this is you can use this is because there are Chucks where you can plug in and air up
your tires or anything you want right you know if you go to the lake you got an air boat you can use
this you can air up your truck tires right and it does have a tank on it it's not just a compressor
it actually has a bladder or a tank and it fills up yeah and so you actua
lly get a good amount
of air and it fills up really fast which is oh my God and we also want to talk about the
they're actually electric over hydraulic disc brakes finally finally disc brakes we you know
every trailer has drum brakes and it just doesn't it just doesn't make that much sense it doesn't
break it doesn't break as good the stopping power is better Michael says the stopping power is
better he's been behind us it looks better he says he says the load capacity is better and it look
s
better it does like it's it's That You Don't See drum brakes on cars anymore it's because it's
not as good right and a lot of people have had issues when you're coming down a decline you're
in the mountains you're off-roading and the drum brakes are having a hard time tightening up and
stopping you it's dangerous because then your truck is having to do all the braking yes and
now the the trailer will be able to keep keep itself where it needs to be and most people don't
realize that in t
he towing situation you know one of the most dangerous things is when your truck
is too small and it can't stop the trailer with disc brakes you're going to be able to stop the
trailer so much better so overall safety and towing is going to be a much better experience but
I think that's the end of the video today right no way we gotta go inside okay let's go inside
okay let's do it go as we head in I just want to point out this door this door looks like it's
something from a spaceship from
yeah I've never seen a trailer with a door like this I've never
seen you know any any door like this it's really cool it's just so Sleek so modern it's thick
dual pane window yeah you have a blind on it and um and the screen well oh yeah screen's right here
yeah so we can see it we got the screens really nice just tucks away completely out um you have
little storage compartments where you can maybe throw a flashlight some magazines or whatever the
the slatching mechanism wraps all the way a
round this so there's no way that this can actually come
out a lot of trailers you see like they have a little teeny um Striker yeah and as the trailer
moves and pivots sometimes the door pops open there's no way that's going to happen on this
door yeah but let's go inside and check it out thank you Nate why are you so far away this is a massive
Booth I feel like you know we're too we're too full grown men and I could easily fit another
couple people in here yeah we could probably put four
adults yes definitely easily yeah easily yeah
maybe squeeze you could maybe squeeze five feet five yeah you could probably squeeze fight people
yeah how tall are you about six three six three yeah you think you could lay on this oh absolutely
yeah this is like almost seven feet long probably yeah I think they said it's just over 80 inches
yeah it's uh we're gonna go into more detail like we said we just wanted to get the video footage
out for you we'll have a full tour coming that will just
go into insane amount of details talk
about all the all down to the very the specs and everything but like very very nice big table here
uh it is on the telescoping Mount yeah it's very sturdy it doesn't feel like it's yeah gonna wobble
at all it's very slow and we've over the years as we've modded and retrofitted so many trailers this
Mount has become our favorite Mountain that's our go-to Mount that's the best table uh Mount that
we've ever come across we have our screens here massive wi
ndow this is so cool I love being able
to just look out at the campsite and having this huge window here yeah and then you have a screen
too that goes tucks down in these windows I mean they're very strong a lot of people are like
why polycarbonate not glass well glass is breaks easier right if you're out in the going through
the woods and yeah tree branch hits this you're not going to shatter these the brake resistance on
these is way more than glass so it is there it's a better product ov
erall all the Cabinetry real
wood solid wood oak honeycomb no formica or you know like that particle board that you get wet and
it expands and breaks and just gets ruined so but the main problem with solid wood is the weight but
the what's really neat is this is a unique hybrid wood it's similar in weight to Pine but actually
has the strength as like a maple a hard maple so it is actually very strong and very light for what
it is for a solid wood for this size of a trailer I mean we've carr
ied other Australian trailers
that are this size that way in over 6 000 pounds you know six to even seven thousand pounds this
trailer is about a thousand to two thousand pounds lighter and they're getting almost the trailer you
know and this is the size and this is still solid real wood yes it's a little lighter but yet better
quality and a lot of it is because it is a better quality wood that is very light also the walls
and everything the Composites one piece Composites you're not dealin
g with you know plywoods and and
heavy materials and all of these aluminum studs to it so the design around the whole trailer has just
been exactly improved this trailer is larger than the x22 the last year's model and so about roughly
three or four feet longer but about the same about the same weight yeah and it's all by Design like
you said because that's it's intentional yeah it's not like it just happened they're purposefully
designing a trailer that's top top quality and yet still ligh
tweight and towable by most
trucks yeah because you don't want a you know a huge brick that weighs too much to even take it
off-road yeah and and speaking of trucks this is going to be easily towable by a TRX you know the
new Ram TRX or a ram Rebel or a Ford Raptor yeah and that's mostly what they've been Towing and
then this trailer is fully loaded it's got the whole show stuff in it and they've put a lot of
miles on this now and they've been Towing it with the TRX without any problem toes
really really
good down the road all the components in here we've kind of mentioned outside a little bit about
truma it is the largest truma Combi the Comfort plus about two and a half gallon water tank but
that duels as your furnace your water heater the furnace it's in it has three stages so it actually
goes from stage one all the way up to over 20 000 BTUs of heat wow so and the efficiency of it
is really really really good and they have Ducks I see the Ducks all around in the bathroom
all
through here over to the bed yeah it really helps distribute the heat all of the plumbing is all in
areas where the ducts and the heat are running so and that's the reason why this is truly Best in
Class when it comes to Four Seasons there really is nothing else in the market that's going to I
mean really compete with this this is it's really a top shelf when it comes to insulation yeah and
and the components we're talking air conditioning what do we have for this air conditioner the
D
ometic 12 volt so you don't have to be turning on your inverter you don't have to be worried about
power this this air conditioning unit uses way less power than running a shorter power 120 volt
AC through the inverter yeah is going to drain your batteries you know much less than it's still
probably the highest consumer of Power by far you know but using this DC powered air conditioning
unit versus running the inverter to power yeah 100 volt yeah and the btu is about just over 6
800 BTUs an
d so you might say well that's not a lot for a trailer it doesn't seem like it is
but the insulation like the the insulation on this trailer if you go and check out like I was
mentioning earlier that video of the x22 where I ran the AC down 10 to the 40 degrees at 100
degrees because of the installation properties of this trailer that is that is going to be a
sufficient unit it's it's really really cool and we have a lot of testing that's coming down the
pipeline so stay tuned for that subs
cribe you know I'm taking the trailers to Death Valley to test
out and I'm excited to see how it does do all of those things yeah so you can stay tuned for that
and see all that it's coming soon refrigerators we got isotherm this is a 190 liter refrigerator
the uh the top is the actual refrigerator which is really nice you're not crouching to get to
the fridge and it makes more sense because cold air sinks yes right so freezer on the bottom
yeah absolutely and one of the cool things is they
actually do work independently so if you're not
using the freezer you're not going for a long trip you can turn off the freezer and we've had
issues in the past with where you know you the freezer ice is over is because when you turn it on
it's all one single system yep and the freezer you don't put something in the freezer it can freeze
over right you can get icing in there so if you're not using the freezer you're going on a short
weekend trip you just throw stuff in the fridge and you d
on't even turn on the freezer so you're
saving energy if you're going on a long trip and you're living in it that freezer is massive which
is awesome and that fridge and isotherm is like one of the best fridge uh manufacturers in the
world like they have been making Marine stuff for a very very long time this stuff is designed to be
on waves moving all over the place over 40 degrees of angle right and and all pure true electric 12
volt which is the safest thing you're gonna ever have and al
so the the best quality the latches
they're very heavy duty they're very secure once again this is designed for a boat which is some of
the harshest Terrain in the world right it's it's the waves are just constantly moving you shaking
you that's what you want in a trailer I'm super excited about that fridge being in here tons and
tons of Cabinetry oh you have storage under this bed and you have storage everywhere when you open
these up you have everything you have gas struts you have metal
latches right here all the hardware
is very nice very solid and it's locking so that there's no way that that door is going to open
when you're off-roading when you're going down the road over here in the kitchen area we have
a dual burner induction this is a furion we have so much power so it makes way more sense to do
electric also you're not dealing with propane safety when you look at the Marine industry they
always are trying to focus more on electric or even diesel because propane is
not the safest
option for this stuff I love this sink this sink is so cool and it's so modular it's massive it's
the biggest sink I've ever seen on a trailer you have your cutting board you have prep space space
from the stove over to the sink area and all of these things move around so you can utilize this
with a dry rack you know you don't see a lot of this stuff you can have you know if you're trying
to conserve water and you want to fill this up but to wash stuff your plates you don't w
ant to fill
up this entire sink right because you're using a lot of water so it's really cool that they've
given you an option just to fill up a little sink right there right get your hot and cold
hot water in there and soapy water and wash your plates you can move it over here here and kind
of rinse it and then you put them on your little drying rack this is really cool what they've
done with this and made it very very modular hey my favorite part let's talk dirty in
the bathroom on the t
oilet here I am uh it's pretty comfortable in here I think it's very
comfortable it is it pretty comfortable sometimes you just want to hang out in your shower well this
is really nice so I can be on the toilet and you can be in the shower yeah you don't always have to
hang out in the you know the lounge area you can hang out in the bathroom I don't know about that
but we definitely can both be in the bathroom at the same time so you know your wife can be in here
let's make sure we make tha
t clear your wife can be in here and doing her you know bathroom getting
ready for bed you can be in here taking a shower and if I can be in here with both of you going to
the bathroom I'm never going to hopefully not but I could be if I wanted to lots of storage in
here you have cabinets here you have lots of cabinets down here everything is like I said metal
metal solid wood and we even have nice soft closed drawers which is really cool you got some Outlets
back here lights the lighting i
s really cool you these these little buttons right here turn on and
off these lights nice mirror here makes the space feel very open now the the thing that everybody
wants me to do is the famous soap drop test okay but you need to do it no I think you should do it
no but no people want to okay nay is freakishly tall like seven feet no yeah I'm almost seven
feet you're six three six three this is gonna this is a little tight for you but you're very
tall drop this bar of soap okay so I'm soak
ing up taking my shower drop a bar of soap plenty
of room for you to vent down oh yeah plenty of plenty of room sit down too in there I mean you
you wouldn't even have to bend over to pick it up you could sit down and pick it up pick it up
yeah so there's there's a good amount of space yeah but we're talking six three he's pretty
tall now let me get in there and show it off yeah it's because I'm I'm pretty I'm also very
tall but like wide ways right I don't I don't go up I go sideways so no
w you got a six feet person
that's 200 I'm like twice your weight 240 pounds um so yeah this is this is comfortable I you know
soap test drop down right sit down shower is gonna move up and down and we have the Fantastic vent
fan which is awesome thermostat controlled you have the in or out very very powerful we'll go
into more details when we do the full tour but let's head over to one of my favorite things about
this trailer oh boy we have a north and south bed now one of the most request
ed you know items in
the trailer is north south easy to get in and out and I think it's a huge benefit because a lot
of people just don't like the East West someone whoever's on the outside has to crawl over someone
so there's a lot of space right here this is truly a walk around bed yeah I'm super surprised it
is a full it's a full-size bed there's tons of space to be able to walk around make this bed
it's very comfortable yeah I mean yeah we're too nice to this up here too yeah and there'
s a
nice stitching back here we have a nice little light right here so if I'm at night reading
a book I'm gonna be kind of hanging out right here Cabinetry yeah this is very comfortable
yeah and six you're talking dude six foot three so everybody has been wanting the North and
South bed so bad it's finally it's like the biggest request and we Imperial Outdoors you
know in the XR you didn't have it the x22 you didn't have it the x145 you didn't have it
finally the x195 has delivered yes we
have finally gotten our bed and over here you just
you have great storage everywhere really deep good depth in here all and yeah I just love how
everything is giving you the gas assisted struts you also have just some cool storage space up
here I love the lighting too oh one of the things I want to point out too is over here on the side
of the bed you have you know you have Outlets you have your 120 you also have some USB right here
you have a light switch and this light switch turns off th
e main lights so if you sell right
here you have all of these lights that go around the whole entire roof right there boom right next
to your bed right next to your bed at night so you can turn that on the other cool thing is if you
press and hold it watch that dims see that so and and it has a memory so wherever you Dim it
to it turns right back on at that so at night time you don't want that bright bright light and
you're getting up to go to the bathroom you just turn that on very dim go
do your thing when you
come back turn it off or you can press and hold you get it nice and bright in here this is
really important is because I mean you have more power than you'll ever need in this trailer
but to be able to dim it down and use less power that's really an important feature all the
switches just they're very premium very these are a lot of details that people don't realize
when you're looking at a trailer a lot of times you see these lights and there's these little
click sw
itches on the actual light itself the fact that you have to run wiring to switches this
there's a lot more work that goes into building and constructing a trailer like this it is
truly a beautiful premium trailer the only thing in America right now that you can really
compare this to would be like an Airstream right and those are but but not I wouldn't even I'm
saying like Aesthetics you walk in inside yeah the inside you look at it you're if you go out and
you know spend 150 to 200 Grand o
n a flying cloud you're gonna have something that looks and feels
like this on the inside yeah but not capable so limited yeah in temperature and and terrain yeah
I mean people talk about airstreams are you know their famous is for condensation they're famous
for you know like just like the thermal bridging is because they're cold they're hot it's a tin can
essentially right they're iconic and amazing right they're cool trailers but like you're not going
off-road you're not going off grid a
nd and like this is truly giving you the luxuries that you
could ever want but also the capability that you could ever need yeah right you you literally like
I love it it's because to me I'm always like this is the best his and hers trailer right for the
guys they got that cool rugged awesome looking trailer on the outside it looks like it's a tank
looks like it's been made by them for the military and then you walk inside and it's it's beautiful
it like the ladies my wife just she walked i
n and just like wow yesterday she's like this is
beautiful like just the Aesthetics of it and it's not just it doesn't just look good it it's
good quality I'm super happy about that um over here let's let's lift this up and show the people
the system because this is just amazing we have 1 000 80 amp hours of lithium Imperial outdoor
lithium made by XB on these are each one of these batteries is 360 amp hours like we mentioned
earlier you can option this in different stages so you don't have
to go with this whole battery
bank because it is it's robust it's it's pretty pretty incredible you have your battery management
system everything is goes through go power up here by Nate's head on the door everything's very easy
to access you can be able to see all of your your battery voltages your solar coming in up here we
have the truma what do you think of that truma system Nate it's the best on the market yeah for
a furnace water heater it's the best I wouldn't really go with anythi
ng else and you actually have
been living in a trailer with your makami with the shroomakambi yes yeah the water heater aspect of
it is amazing it's efficient it puts out you know it's a hybrid so it doesn't have a huge tank but
it gets it so hot that it acts like a normal you know tank where you can take a long shower and the
furnace is so quiet I think it's one of the best yeah the furnace is running right now yeah you
can actually hear it the heat is actually down at these ducks I can ac
tually feel the heat going and
it is literally like it's like it's like a whisper a whisper yeah you can barely even hear the
furnace it's so it's hilarious it's because I've had so many people tell me over the years like
man that little Dometic whatever little propane heater it kicks on it's like and you're like all
night and it it literally will wake you up when it turns on and off yeah it's so loud and they use so
much power yeah they use so much power the trumas are definitely one of th
e most efficient systems
on the market same with the air conditioning the air conditioning is pretty quiet because it's not
a huge BTU so it's not just you know screaming at you you can actually have a conversation with that
AC on full blast but because the installation is so good it it works in the trailer and that's
what's so cool is they've been able to use components where it's not like crazy Overkill and
consuming so much power but it's it's fit it does what it basically before this ye
ah trailer yeah
for sure absolutely oh I'm I'm very excited about this product I've been wanting to see a trailer
like this ever since we started importing some trailers into the the US like four or five years
ago I was like man Australians they make so many cool things and we've we've gone out and we have
brought a lot of those things into the market and Roa stands for RVs of America and I'm like
man I wish we had an American brand that made trailers that I could proudly tell people this i
s
made in America that you would want to personally own and take out camping right yes unfortunately
that's not been something that I could truly say with Imperial outdoors with what they're building
in the x195 the x145 I am super I would I I can't wait to buy my freshman yeah me too like I would
proudly be and be an imperial Outdoors owner take this camping with my wife and show this off to
everybody oh right I yes I am so so so excited like I'm just I'm like counting the seconds to
gett
ing our first one and we're gonna buy I I'm personally buying the one of the very first ones
ever made yeah you know and then I'm Gonna Keep It indefinitely probably you know and because I'm
just so excited and I'm so excited to get out and do all the testing all the r d and just go out and
like for myself experience it and that's something that sets Roa uniquely apart from anybody else
we we do have our dealer our location in Utah we now have an East Coast location just outside of
Greenvil
le and you're there yep yeah so like we're we're here at the show in Virginia it's a five
and a half hour drive down to South Carolina so we have a great spot in South Carolina to where
it's not too far from this you know New England area up here on the East Coast but then you you
can go down to Florida and also be at you know the location in South Carolina if if you're on
the east coast and you're looking into one of these give us a call and yeah just reach out to
us at 801-860-0035 you ca
n text that number you can call that number you can check out Imperial
Outdoors the manufacturers in Wisconsin right but if you're seriously interested in one of these
you can reach out to us RVs of America or Roar yes and we are just so excited about this product
we're excited to be carrying it and we were just think it's a game changer yeah I think it just
takes away the limitations yeah it takes away the pain points and the headaches right so to be
able to just come in turn on your AC ru
n things and just not be like have this anxiety of where's
my battery at where's my power at how cold is it outside or you know it doesn't matter how cold it
is how hot it is doesn't matter where you want to go the terrain it doesn't matter you know how
much power you're going to have enough power it you don't have to worry about a black tank it's
like all of these pain points and headaches that if you've owned a trailer you've had they're
gone yes with this trailer yeah no absolutely thank
you so much for watching make some comments
below if you have a question if there's something you want us to some details you want us to go into
just just make some comments below uh subscribe because we are working on some cool videos on
these trailers you know Roa the the thing that we love to do is we love to get the trailers
from our manufacturers and we bring them out and we go and test them ourselves and we give you
this perspective uh kind of like an independent perspective from the
dealer like real life use
yeah we're going out off-roading it camping in it and really you know trying to give the feedback
to the marketplace and tell them this is what we're experiencing we also give the feedback
to Imperial Outdoors so they know and the cool thing about them is Isaac the owner he's super
Innovative and he listens and he's you know he's listening to the market he knows what people wants
and that's that's essentially why they've created this exactly right because they are
listening
to the market they listen to their dealers they listen to the public they come to these shows they
see what's going on and they've built this trailer and we're super excited about it thank you so much
for watching have a wonderful day and hopefully we'll see you South Carolina South Carolina
Utah stay tuned yep talk to you soon bye-bye

Awesome off road TT! A basic (budget) option would be nice. Also a Murphy bed that turns into a small couch with the battery box as a coffee table would be the cats behind. 👍🏼
From a ZoneRV 20.6 off-road owner in Australia I can see why you're excited. The XPLORE X195 is very impressive. I can see a bunch of design cues and equipment from our Aussie vans. Some really cool ideas for us as well.
The cruise master ATX is an awesome suspension system, but the difference between the 5.5 inches of travel on the ATX and the 12 inches of travel on the Bruder suspension really shows in some of these videos of the dual wheels going over humps. The Bruder wheels each stay glued to the ground, where the ATX lifts a wheel and generally doesn't absorb as much. Both great systems, and maybe the Bruder is overkill, but double the travel gives the Bruder quite an edge in the suspension department.
I love how they put in cabinets for clothing by the bed. It seems like that is the one thing most RV and manufacturers miss these days. People wear clothes. They don't just have dishes and flashlights. Good work.
Awesome video guys. Shane, I can't wait till you get delivery of your very own X195 buddy. Looking forward to seeing your testing and day to day use in cold weather. This is an amazing RV.
Amazing! Slightly disappointed with the batwing awning over the original powered awning though. What is the other small awning bag looking thing near the rear drivers side? Super excited to hopefully order this! Waiting on the full roamer x walk-through. I like the fact the roamer series is using redarc and everything can be controlled with 1 panel (and via a phone app) vs the multiples xplor likes to use
I’d love to see one of these off roaders with a separate filtered water storage, a small washing machine, and Kimberly mini wood stove- another redundancy just in case.
Love the kitchen - great space, cool sink, love isotherm! Wish the bathroom was a little bigger (toilet space and shower height), but it does have great drawers! Great solar and battery capacity, good to see a 12v AC. Would love to see a twin bed config
Nicely done! You might consider reversing the interior window cassettes so the blinds can be raised from the bottom with the screen open near the top for both ventilation and privacy.
Great video guys. Was great seeing y’all at the Expo. Very excited about this camper, can’t wait to get my hands on one.
Love this RV ! What is the average lifespan of the lithium batteries? And are they like smart battery? Do you need to let them drain before charging?
Looks like a real nice unit. Does it use the Laveo dry flush toilet? If so, an incinerating toilet option would be nice. The electrical sure seems robust enough to handle one. Another nice option would be a reclining sofa option to replace the dinette.
Great RV guys and very informative as well entertaining presentation. Looking forward to your new X145 presentation.
Looks great! I hope we start to see some triple bunk options for the kids
Absolutely stunning and a long awaited RV that is not junk. Finally an interior that is modern!!But you missed two things- you need a built in oven and cooking hood. I get the electric inductive stove with the incredible electric generation and storage capacity, but whether it be propane or electric you need a complete galley. And for the price to do otherwise is foolish. As a yacht owner I understand the ISO Therm fridge an freezer- but ALL quality boats have ovens as well as the high end Australian overland trailers( caravans). Take note!
Wow, very happy with my X22, but the fit n finish of this unit is quite impressive, comes with a price, but gotta say... only been a year with the X22, but might be time for a trade in already!!!
Off road trailers have had problems with 6ft-6.2 interior height, glad to see 6.3 was no problem 👍.
Congrates on your success, keep it up, one hell of a level of pride, so happy for you!!! Your next challenge is to make one affordable for the normal joe!!!???!!!!
I have been quite critical of these new IO offerings. Mostly concerning the starting base price. That is an issue I have with the whole off-road trailer market. I will give credit where credit is due. You guys did a better job here providing details and facts and less opinion hype. The fact is you guys are salesman (I know you say coaches) and your goal is to sell product. Therefore I have to take your opinion not backed with detailed facts with a grain of salt. Keep providing facts. Wall thickness and R value, materials and construction, power consumption specs, independent fridge zones, braking system details, weights, etc. That's what is important. Not your opinion. It looks like a very nice trailer.
In Australia we have the most powerful all electric van on the market. Check out the Retreat ERV with a 48 volt, 14.3kw Lithium system with up to 2400watts of solar running through a 5Kw inverter. Worth checking out for sure!
