His lawyers contend the judge may have made errors or exceeded his jurisdiction. Appeals could take months and temporarily halt a collection of funds from Mr. Trump. In Ukraine government troops retreated in the east as Russian forces push forward. Ukrainians pulled back from a village outside avdiivka, which Russia
