About Akbar Akbar the Great and also Akbar I (Persian pronunciation: [akbar]),was the third Mughal emperor, who reigned from 1556 to 1605. Akbar succeeded his father, Humayun, under a regent, Bairam Khan, who helped the young emperor expand and consolidate Mughal domains in India. Watch this interesting episode about the first meet of Akbar & Birbal A strong personality and a successful general, Akbar gradually enlarged the Mughal Empire to include much of the Indian subcontinent. His power and influence, however, extended over the entire subcontinent because of Mughal military, political, cultural, and economic dominance. About Birbal Birbal or Raja Birbal, was a Saraswat Hindu Bhatt Brahmin advisor and main commander (Mukhya Senapati) of army in the court of the Mughal emperor, Akbar. He is mostly known in the Indian subcontinent for the folk tales which focus on his wit. Birbal was appointed by Akbar as a Minister (Mantri) and used to be a Poet and Singer in around 1556–1562. He had a close association with Emperor Akbar and was one of his most important courtiers, part of a group called the navaratnas (nine jewels). Birbal was one of the first officers to join Akbar's court, possibly as early as 1556, when he was twenty-eight years old. He also had a naturally generous nature and all these traits combined—elegant repartee, largesse, and poetical talent—made Birbal the ideal Mughal courtier. Local folk tales emerged primarily in 19th century involving his interactions with Akbar, portraying him as being extremely clever and witty. As the tales gained popularity in India, he became even more of a semi-fictional legendary figure across the Indian subcontinent. These fictional tales involve him outsmarting rival courtiers and sometimes even Akbar, using only his intelligence and cunning, often with giving witty and humorous responses and impressing Akbar. akbar birbal ki kahani | akbar | birbal | akbar aur birbal | akbar birbal episode | akbar and birbal stories | akbar and birbal stories in hindi | hindi moral stories for kids | moral stories in hindi | kahani in hindi | kahani | hindi kahani | kahaniya for kids | cartoon for kids | cartoons for kids | kids story | educational videos | akbar birbal stories in hindi | kids educational videos | कहानी | हिंदी कहानियां | rajshri kids | kids learning | hindi stories with moral | hindi moral stories | akbar aur birbal ki kahaniyan | birbals inteliigence story Subscribe to this channel and stay tuned: http://bit.ly/SubscribeToRajshri-Kids Like our Facebook Page: http://www.facebook.com/rajshrikids विदेशी व्यापारी | Foreign Trader | Akbar Birbal Ki Kahani | Birbal's Intelligence Story | Ep 41

Foreign Trader Just like every morning, Emperor Akbar's court was bloomed up. That's when a stranger came in running. "Do I know you?" "Your Majesty, my name is Johnny Irani and I'm here from Iran to do business here. But I didn't know that I'd be betrayed after coming to your country" "What? Tell me everything in detail" "Yes, Your Majesty! The thing is... The Irani trader said, when he reached the border of the country with his heavy belongings, he met a trader called Lala Lalchi who had some
donkeys with him. "Oh god! How will you carry such a heavy bag in this harsh sun? Do one thing, keep some of your belongings on my donkeys" "Thank you very much" Irani kept his belongings on the donkeys and approached the kingdom. After a while, when they reached Agra, Irani thanked Lala again and told him to return his things. But Lala suddenly flipped his words "What things? These are my things. I helped you with the direction and you are keeping an eye on my belongings?" Upon hearing Lala's v
oice, the place got crowded with people. Because Lala was a well-known person, one of the people from the crowd asked, "What's the matter, Lala? Everything alright?" "I don't know who is this person who wants to take away my stuff" Looking at an angry crowd in an unfamiliar country, the Irani trader decided not to indulge further and ran away from there. "This is how my 3000 gold coins were stolen. Please give me justice" "Hm. This isn't just about justice, it's also about my country's pride. So
ldiers! Bring Lala here at once" Lala was immediately presented in front of the court. Akbar angrily said, "Lala, is this Irani trader telling the truth? Did you fool him and stole all his belongings?" "What? Why would I do that? He was the one who wanted to take away my things. Thanks to that crowd who surrounded him and he ran away from there. If he was right, why would he run away from there?" "Hm. Lala's point makes sense" "Don't believe him, he's lying" Both started arguing. And the Emperor
angrily said, "Silence! For this disgusting accusation on my people, send this Irani trader behind the bars. The Irani trader was in an utter state of shock. And Lala Lalchi was smiling to himself. But he didn't know that this was a well-thought plan of the Emperor. The next day, The Emperor told everything to Birbal in detail. "So that's why I put him behind bars" His life might be in danger by staying outside. "Hm. You did the right thing. But this is a very complicated situation. It's hard t
o tell who's lying and who's telling the truth" "That's right. But we can't punish an innocent without any proof. This might even hamper our relations with Iran. That's why we have to find the truth" Birbal gave this a thought but even he couldn't find a solution. That's when he saw a servant outside the window. He was bargaining with the vegetable vendor. He thought of an idea. "Hm... Tomatoes have become expensive indeed. The next day, Lala Lalchi set up his store. A customer came to him and s
aid, "Hello, Lala Ji! I'm from Gujarat. I need some Iranian silk carpet. I was told that you have products from Iran" "Yes sir! That's right! I got some silky carpets from Iran yesterday only. Let me show it to you" Lala asked his servant to show him the same carpets that he stole from Johnny Irani. The customer was happy upon seeing the carpets and said, This is great, Lala Ji. This looks great. I want all these carpets. Tell me a fair price" "These are very expensive. But since you're here fro
m far away, I'll give them in exchange of 3000 gold coins" "What? 3000? That's very expensive. I can't give you more than 500 gold coins. if it's okay for you then tell me, or else I'm leaving. Lala started thinking. "Hm... I think I should sell it for 500. The Irani trader bears the loss, not me. Okay. In our kingdom, guests are treated as gods. That's why you can have it in 500. Now pay up. Upon hearing this, the customer said, "You'll get the money in jail" "What do you mean?" That's when the
customer removed his beard and moustache and he turned out to be Birbal. Two soldiers also arrived at that time. "B-Birbal?" "That's right. You're under arrest for the crime of stealing and betraying the Irani trader. "What is the proof that I've betrayed him?" "Look at these carpets. Irani said that these are worth 3000 gold coins. But you're selling it so cheaply because you haven't invested anything in it. Now confess to your crime or else you're doomed" Lala dropped his head in shame and co
nfessed to his crime. The Irani trader was free to go and was paid the entire amount of the carpets. So that he can leave our country with good memories. And we learned that, Only the work done in honesty is successful.
