get to what's going on Hunter Renfrow concussion ruled out against the Titans for week three Chris Godwin out another week with the hamstring injury why they pushed him back in that first game I'll never know so frustrated so frustrated a Keenan Allen is questionable for week three we'll see what goes on with him we just learned that Jacoby Myers is going to be out so maybe a little bit more work for Nelson agalor in that offense maybe Kendrick Bourne as well but uh it's an important piece in t
hat Patriots offense because he's that uh that chain mover he's that high Target volume guy so it'll be interesting to see what happens in the absence of Jacoby Myers maybe just maybe you get more Madre Stevenson catching the football do we get that Bill Belichick I'd love that please he's on the field let's throw him the football thanks all right personal Love Letter over uh George Kittle is finally off the injury report he's going to play in the Sunday Night Football contest tonight against th
e Denver Broncos so it's good that George Kittle's back because a lot of people made early investments in George Kittle and they have gotten zero returns Matt I talked before about how rb2 is kind of a wasteland tight end has been kind of a wasteland too if you have made an early investment in Kelsey or Andrews you've been pretty good but still I mean Kyle Pitts has done nothing for two weeks George Kittle hasn't even been on the field for two weeks hawkinson's been a disappointment Knox has bee
n hurt I mean to me like I I don't know what you do at tight end at this point except you're looking at the Logan Thomas's of the world you're looking at uh maybe the Tyler Higby off the waiver wire those are the guys right now that are kind of saving people's bacon at tight end well that's what you've come to expect it's always been feast of famine there I think we got a little spoiled from last season with regards to some of the options that came down the wire but let's keep it all in perspect
ive here we're only in the third week so I understand the need to panic or have some people choose but you gave them the options there and I'm with you I think Washington offers an option and also you could find some options out with the Rams as well but Kittle being back means more for San Francisco and their offensive viability than anything else and I saw that my eyes lit up because now I think San Francisco gets back to its identity now that they have Jimmy G back there they can go back to w
ho they thought they were they're gonna be is a much different conversation yes it's exciting but this is a team that can go back to who they knew they could be and I think kiddo's a big part of that so I think that's huge all right let's move on to the big totals of the day and uh obviously we have to start with the game we were talking about all first hour the Bills and Dolphins at 51. uh I'm not sure if this number's even moved since we've started the show uh but look at this point with all t
hese injuries to the bill secondary uh with poyer out with Micah Hyde out for the year down a corner down at Oliver in the front who's been huge because you have not been able to run the football as we welcome in our radio audience here to FST Sunday morning hour two season long we're talking about the big total games and look the headline is definitely that Bills game against the Miami Dolphins and the Dolphins defense certainly looked uh very human last week I know sometimes we see the big tot
als and sometimes they disappoint Matt but I just don't feel like this one's going to lions and Vikings at 53 and a half is not too shabby either this one should definitely be on the table you should be looking for the ancillary pieces too not just obviously Justin Jefferson and those guys but Irv Smith is worth a start this week potentially if you are struggling at tight end uh if you are looking at the other side of this game too Aman Ross and Brown is going to eat DeAndre Swift is going to ea
t Jared Goff is a viable play because of this matchup this week too if you are looking to Pivot off Herbert and somehow Goff is on that waiver wire I'd pluck him off I mean look Justin Herbert so far has had games similar to Jared Goff you can't afford to take the zero with Herbert if you are that worried if you're an 0-2 team and then the Eagles and commanders which again this one has a higher total 50 and a half I'm a little unsure of this one Matt because maybe I'm just not there yet with the
Commander's offense I think the Eagles are really good football team a very complete team I kind of worry that maybe we see the old Carson Wentz here yet again kind of rear its ugly head against this old Squad this one to me could underwhelm I still love Curtis Samuel I understand Gibson's a good play against this run defense for the Eagles it has not been great this year but outside of those those two guys I'm a little sketchy about this game what do you think about the Eagles commanders poten
tially on underwhelming in this number well we've learned to look at totals and allow them to inform most of our decisions throughout the day it tells you what's expected I do expect this game to go under and if you're pushing me I would think that the lions in the Vikings line is just about two points too high I'd rather see it at the 50 Bills and Dolphins but like I said the book knows what they're doing but yes I do expect the under the Eagles in Washington all right speaking of cost in the m
arket everybody loves a good trade and now after a couple weeks I think more people are willing to make some deals so what we like to do here in the show is do a little Buy Low sell High look at some of the players that might be available on the cheap that you can get maybe some players where it's time to get rid of and last week we even talked about a few as well hopefully you did those trades we come back more deals on FSD foreign [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] you had a second half lead y

three I expect after this week we're going to see far more trade activity so talk to us about some Buy Low and sell High candidates in your mind well Matt as your therapist I want to know how does the Pittsburgh Steeler offense make you feel we're gonna talk about this is that wrong yeah no I think all those feelings are right especially you could say that about just nausea Harris alone probably but that's not the guy I'm talking about the guy I want to talk about is Deontay Johnson who has not
gone off to the best start however if you look at the Target volume 33 targets so far in three games so it's an average of 10 targets a game that's pretty good in this offense the thing that's pretty bad in this offense is Mitchell trubisky it's the one thing that I think you're going to get a change on sooner than later I think if you realistically look at the schedule I understand why it's not ready to Pivot yet I get it I I I understand that you know Kenny Pickett a lot of people thought he
was a project a lot of people thought that Justin Herbert was a project too and it's really easy to forget that at Once Upon a Time people were very down on a guy like Herbert wow he's kind of a late bloomer all these things that they kind of say about Kenny Pickett I'm not saying Pickett is the next Herbert I'm not saying that but what I am saying is I think that when Pickett takes over the Reigns this offense is going to get a bit better I really really do I don't think trubisky is the answer
the problem is you're looking at the schedule so if you look at so far they just came off that game of Cleveland they get the Jets next week so I don't know if you're gonna see Pickett yet because after that you get Buffalo in Tampa but at some point when you turn the page to Miami in week seven and then you got the buy coming in week nine I believe Kenny pick is going to take over then and after that you know you got Indianapolis Atlanta you've got some matchups there that are pretty good Carol
ina so to me I think Kenny pick is going to get get his opportunity sooner than later if you wanted to make that pivot next week against the Jets you could I just don't want to throw them to the Wolves at Buffalo in week five but what this means is now is the perfect time to maybe Buy Low on Deontay Johnson if someone is going to be disenfranchised with what he's doing because the volume's still there in the offense George Pickens had the big highlight catch but Deonte John's is still the dude t
here and that's the dude they're paying don't forget that so to me although the Steelers offense is underwhelming maybe this is a short-term easy buy that could have a really nice second half impact on your team and from a PPR standpoint like I said he's still gonna get enough catches to kind of keep you alive as like a wide receiver three Flex guy but there's opportunity for him to get back into that high end to low-end one conversation potentially at least when Pickett eventually takes over th
e reins which I do think is going to be sooner than later Matt at least there's a a hope there and you realize that there is an opportunity for more so that's some good stuff uh from wide receiver let's move to running back now who's a good Buy Low Target in a backfield I think it's Breeze Hall and last week remember I was telling you buy on Damien Pierce because I love this matchup coming up against the Bears so if you did that there's a lot of people playing Damien Pierce this week okay I want
to do the same thing here with Bruce Hall I think there's potential here for him to continue to increase you saw I went from six Russians to seven rushes I understand you know that the target volume went away a little bit last week I get that I know people are frustrated because they saw Ty Johnson patients patience the problem is the person who drafted Breeze hall probably is running out of it but you don't have to be you can stash him right now as an rb4 on your bench and wait because once ag
ain if you look at what's coming ahead for Breece Hall in the second half you've got the Bears later you've got Minnesota you've got uh he's gonna you know still play New England twice but New England is not the same defense they were in the past you've got the Denver Broncos defense that's scuffling right now you got the Miami Dolphins defense it looks a little confused at the moment so Bruce Hall was the high draft pick Rhys Hall is the talent sometimes it's just a matter of you have to be pat
ient and I'll give you an example too of that patience paying off in fact I'll give you two examples number one rookie year of Jonathan Taylor who did diddly squat for like the first seven weeks and all of a sudden was a League winner at the end of the year DeAndre Swift same thing his rookie season JK Dobbins his rookie season did nothing last six weeks of the Season what do you have six touchdowns right it's coming it's going to take a while but the good news is you didn't draft him so you can
take advantage of the fact that he is not your rb2 who's killing you he's just another Cog in the wheel for you that in the second half could potentially be a guy that helps you to that Championship so priest Hall is another guy that I would buy now while the buying is good because I do think over time in the second half you will see Bruce Hall take over this backfield man all right well in order to buy we're going to need some sort of capital we're going to need some sort of something to engin
eer a deal so let's look at some of the cell High candidates and uh if we're talking about trying to grab a running back from someone usually they're going to want to running back in return anyone come to mind well I think Aaron Jones although I said nice things about him in the first hour of the show I think this is a good matchup for him this week especially with so many guys out uh as this wide receiving Corps gets a little healthier at some point or a little bit more mature at some point too
as the Watsons and Romeo Dobbs maybe get a little bit more favor with Aaron Rodgers remember Aaron Jones is still in this backfield that's kind of Muddy with AJ Dylan he had an enormous game last week 15 rushes for 132 right two touchdowns he was rb2 the week before he was RB 27. and I think that it's worth looking at if he has another good game this week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers he's got the Giants he's got the Jets coming up after New England there's some really good games are coming
up for Aaron Jones at some point maybe he becomes that piece that you sell off for the second half because last year remember he wore down the second half he was dealing with injuries he is a back that's been in the league for six years that's something to always keep in mind too these guys have been in the league you know these injuries start to creep up as they get a little older a little bit more volume attached to them and Jones could be a guy that you get a lot for because people are really
hurting at running back you can get a pierce plus a wide receiver you get a briefs Hall plus plus potentially right now with Aaron Jones but I think you wait for Aaron Jones to continue to build up this big volume of work over the next two weeks or so then you look to trade him off of that and try to bring back a lot of pieces I think what you want to do is approach that way because remember Aaron Jones is still a guy that doesn't have the backfield completely to himself and ultimately that hur
ts his overall upside and ceiling most weeks with that said let's speak to the fantasy manager that drafted a wide receiver higher than most would because you and I have spoken of that move that strategy and drafts to go wide receiver heavy and then to grab the crop of running backs say an Allen Robinson if you will how do you speak to the fantasy manager out there right now that has Allen Robinson what would you do here how would you do it well I would after this week look to be trading him I w
ould so I I know some people said okay yeah look I was right after all about Alan Robinson were you he had that touchdown he had four catches for 53 is that without the touchdown or do we care he's not wide receiver 22 last week without the touchdown I can tell you that right now I don't know if we can rely on that on the weekly basis this week is a great week for him in Arizona I'd play him but after that you get Dallas after that coming up you got San Fran Tampa Bay New Orleans some tough matc
hups here for Allen Robinson coming up down the pike so for me Alan Robbins is that perfect guy have another good week here let him re-establish his value in the market then move on I'm telling you you still made a mistake I I think that you can do better than Allen Robinson there's a lot of wide receivers I'd rather have than Alan Robinson so whether you're packaging him in a deal or whether you're just trying to unload him one for one with another wide receiver I mean heck you could probably g
et if another good game for him another bad game for DJ more you might be able to make that swap I know as crazy as that sounds and I think eventually you want DJ more of the Long Haul you want to get a little younger here too so Robinson's unique position this week to be good again but don't get fooled by that don't get lulled into a false sense of security this is a great opportunity to take advantage of that rebuilt value when we come back it's time to set your lineups here on FSD we're going

ould I start or should I sit well the consequences be oh no okay Senor as a Baya let's dive right into it start sit throw down and then we can talk about some of Sam wise Life Choices what do you got I mean honestly maybe Sam's life is bigger ratings than the start Sid I don't know it's close it's definitely it's right here or there it's in that same vein it's somewhere over there but look let's get to these things and then we'll get to Sam's problem Sam's actually doing phenomenal job every sin
gle week so shout out to Sam all right so uh let's go with rb2 the Wasteland Teenage Wasteland of rb2 uh Damien Pierce Houston at Chicago again the team that's given up the most rushing yards of any other team almost 400 over two games and I know I know that first game there's a lot of running the football I don't care look what happened last week against Green Bay yikes uh or Daryl Henderson who is playing against the uh Arizona Cardinals this week and this is a really good matchup on paper but
I worry about the Acres Factor here I worry about these two guys in the backfield so Matt for me I know this is going to maybe surprise a lot of people but I'm gonna fade away from the good offense which is something I typically like to go to and I'm gonna put some faith in Damien Pierce and see if this is the beginning of that turnaround where he starts to really take command of the backfield I think people really overreacted to week one where Rex Burkhead got a lot of run I think if you were
looking forward for another guy once again to buy low on you might have missed that window if you look right now he is ranked rb25 now last week I think I got 59 uh carries with 69 rushing yards he had one catch in that game for eight too so I I understand he finished his RB 29 last week not super exciting but if he gets 15 to 18 carries this week against the Bears I think you're gonna see a higher yardage total I also think there's more touchdown Equity so for me I'm going to try to get the guy
who I think is going to continue to grow in this role in this great matchup as opposed to the guy who his role is Muddy on a really good offense right now despite a really good matchup against Arizona but maybe you see it differently I'm going Pierce who are you going with Pierce or Henderson well first thing is that people have to understand their leagues and understand where they score their points with that said to your point I don't know where Henderson's gonna be I don't know what how he's
going to be involved yes of course blindly I would want to go with the better offense but I'm with you and I think a lot of people do the same thing the first three weeks of their season everyone's tinkering everyone's a mad scientist everyone's adjusting we're going to see what Pierce is all about but Joe we have coined the three worst words in fantasy football that's three down back but at the end of the day these are the choices we're given I'm with you on Pierce though let's move to a wide
receiver three battle here it's going to come from the same game and I really like this one because there are names that we're hearing I'm in New York we're hearing Wilson's name a lot with the Jets and of course Sam wine and several others down over there in that DC Virginia Maryland area hearing a lot about Datsun how do you lean Wilson versus Dotson in this battle I think this one is very scoring based right Jahan Dotson's gotten those touchdowns and a lot of people say well you can't count o
n that every week if you watch Jahan Dodson play that first step off the line he has is incredibly quick he's blowing by guys he's getting open so fast so if you're watching him down around the goal line he makes one move he is open and that's why he's getting these touchdowns because it is hard for the third corner or the linebacker God forbid to be guarding this guy in the red zone it is not a good look that dude's gonna be open every time that being said the Eagles defense I think is a little
bit better than what we've seen in a standard League where you're playing for touchdowns I can understand trying to lean towards Datsun in half PPR in full PPR I would lean on the volume of Garrett Wilson still and the reason being it's not chasing last week last week was glorious we had so many targets go his way but you guys got 22 Targets in two weeks chase that volume that's what you do and maybe you're going to lose out a touchdown to Corey Davis or maybe gonna lose one to Eli Moore it hap
pens right but I think you put your best foot forward in these circumstances in the PPR formats and you try to look for the guys getting targets the guy's getting volume and it's a good matchup against Cincinnati let's I keep going back to it the Eli apples of the world and the other secondary pieces have not played all that well this year maybe there's you know a bounce back game for them maybe they kind of circle the wagons this week but I gotta be honest with you Matt to me I think I'm still
going Garrett Wilson all the PPR formats but maybe you see this differently Datsun or Wilson for you uh Wilson does have the better matchup I can't argue that but full disclosure I grew up a Washington fan the days of our monkey Gary Clark and you're right man that's his first move off of the line is just ridiculous and yeah the match-up may not be as good but uh and oftentimes I say you should always wager with your head not your heart but I think the the player the athleticism and also the sys
tem might be a little bit more conducive to Dotson returning of value as opposed to Wilson but I could be wrong again growing up here in New York it's pounded into my head that the Jets just will always do what the Jets do so it's hard for me to become invested at all even though Wilson is excited all right let's go to the flex side of things now and this is going to be a good one I can't wait to hear what you have to say it's Tony Pollard at the Giants with Devonte Smith at Washington how are y
ou making heads or tails in this one well I think this is a real one for people I think this is a super real life situation and these guys are back to back in the flex rankings on fantasy pros this week in terms of projectability I would lean towards Tony Pollard against the Giants because I think he's gonna have to get leaned on a little bit more you see Michael gallup's gonna be back Brown was working so people might have been a little concerned there but Zeke has done nothing I mean Zeke has
not been good it's clear the explosive running back is Tony Pollard and I think you're going to see a little bit more volume potentially from him now I don't want to take anything away from Devonta Smith in fact I think that it was very encouraging in that week two matchup against the Vikings that you saw Smith working in creative ways they were getting him out there in space mismatches against a linebacker no linebacker is going to be able to guard Devonte Smith he is two uh to to wiry and to u
h too quick for any of those guys to really match up so if they continue to do that he's gonna have a good game but I think Tony Pollard to me is the way I would go I want to go for those guaranteed touches just just a bit because there's that scenario in this game with Washington where maybe just maybe you get a big lead if you're the Eagles and you kind of sit on it and you run mile Sanders and you just kind of run the football a little bit and Smith doesn't work as much so if the commanders d
on't really Challenge and answer the Bell you could have that scenario where I think this game with the Giants and Cowboys just a little bit more wide open and I think I take the opportunity here with that that Giants defense although they've won two games I'm still not super excited about them and the Giants are missing a ton of pieces offensively I'm getting real worried about them I know it's saquon Barkley show I know he's back it's great but again I think Tony Pollard's the way I want to go
here in this one Matt do you agree or disagree well it all depends what kind of music you like and I mean that because there are two different types of songs being played in the NFL right now I want a straightforward 4-4 and the other is jazz free time Tempo you see Washington's doing Atlanta did it last year and now Philadelphia's showing you some different looks and some different schemes and that becomes intriguing because there's different ways to get points but to your point if you prefer
that that your traditional straightforward 4-4 Tony Pollard running and I know what I'm gonna get versus the unique ways that the Eagles have been playing Smith then yeah I'd lean pollen but if you want to get adventurous and you like jazz and Bebop if you will then Smith might provide some unique opportunities if not today maybe moving forward down the line all right let's look at a quarterback battle here uh staying with this Washington game at least with Carson Wentz or talking about Aaron Ro
dgers who may not might not have the past protection that he needs but he's been getting rid of the ball a lot quicker so do the two negate each other how do you lean Wentz or Rogers I understand this one I understand people's concerns too because so far we haven't seen much out of Aaron Rodgers and I know that was kind of the narrative that yours truly was pushing going into the season but are we there yet that we're going to start Carson wins I understand look if you do it I ain't mad at you I
get it I understand your reason the Tampa Bay defense has been very good but I've seen far too many times where matchups like this where these kind of quarterbacks these legendary QBs show up regardless of the situation it's not lost on them that this is the last time these two guys are playing it's not lost on Aaron Rodgers that he lost in the NFC championship game at home to Tom Brady and it's not lost on Tom Brady that people are telling him he stayed at the dance too long he shouldn't have
come back blah blah blah look I have a hard time starting Carson Wentz over Rogers and over Brady this week if it goes south yet again okay we can make this move we can pivot off but after two games I'm not there yet it's close they're all very close in the rankings I understand starting golf because of that matchup I get it take the 20 points or the 18 points and get out but they didn't have to do anything last week against the Bears so why were you pushing things you didn't have to you got Laz
ard back you got Watson you got dubs you got the two RBS I think Rogers I would still start over Carson Wentz because Carson Wentz telling you despite all the points there's moments in these games where Carson Wentz does not look good and this last one here of the tight end battle Logan Thomas against the Eagles who are pretty good against the tight end or Irv Smith uh at Detroit in this excuse me at home against Detroit so uh for me this one's very close I think I'm gonna give a slight hair des

ho uses it on 67 percent of opposing quarterback dropbacks why is that such a big issue in focal point in this game because Patrick Mahomes has destroyed cover three throughout his career and he's got a lot of experience going up against Gus Bradley's defenses because like I said this is his first year coaching the Indianapolis Colts the prior three years he was out in the AFC West coaching the Chargers and then last year coaching the Las Vegas Raiders and Patrick Mahomes torched these guys a re
porter asked Gus Bradley this week in the press conference why does he think about changing cover three and using it less because Patrick Mahomes has had so much success against it and instead of giving an intelligent response Gus Bradley said that it was the offense's fault that they were turning the ball over last year why his defense wasn't performing well enough and that his defense really held the Chiefs offense in check for the most part the reality is the Chiefs put up 41 points in one ma
tchup and 48 points in another matchup they punted only one time in each of those games and they scored just one defensive touchdown these guys were getting destroyed by Patrick Mahomes he's thrown 17 touchdowns to only two interceptions against Gus Bradley's defenses and Patch mom splits even this year are super Stark when he's playing against cover three and cover one coverages which feature a single high safety versus when he's not he's much worse against these two deep shell coverages this y
ear and in the past so I'm wondering what Gus Bradley is actually going to do here I don't think Tyreek Hill was the Difference Maker I think Travis Scott Chelsea is going to have a huge game on Sunday I think they're going to have success all of that being said I can tell you this the Indianapolis Colts in their home opener sitting without a win on the year are definitely the sharp side in this game so be careful if you're backing the Kansas City Chiefs but it seems unrealistic to believe that

enry this is it uh forget last week last week they got their butts handed to them they were on the road they pulled everybody in the third quarter and they lived to fight another day sometimes that happens you've got to get back to basics if you're the Titans that's get Derek Henry the football 25 times get out of the way play some defense and make some timely passes that's who the Tennessee Titans are and they need to be reminded of It Don't Panic on Derrick Henry yet please in fact if he's ava
ilable to trade this morning go get him before this game today and if he doesn't get the over correction I'll stand up here next week and I'll take the L but I'm telling you right now I am invested in Derrick Henry to do that I think he is going to I like the over on the rushing prop today too as a sidebar the pits one is a little bit more complicated because with mariota's style is that what's not meshing here with Kyle Pitts I like to think it's just a weird anomaly two weeks in a row and if a
nything maybe they're going to over commit this week now to uh Kyle Pitts and maybe that hurts Drake London just a tad potentially but I think there's enough to go around against Seattle I think both guys get things right if Pitts doesn't get right this week then we can really hit the panic button at 10 we can start benching in we can start pulling him back but look if you want to just take the points for Higby or Logan Thomas as we can get out that's fine I think that would be a mistake this we
ek against Seattle I would still be playing pits okay moving on to the second question here the Miami Dolphins have become a darling so Joe Pisa Pia are the Dolphins for real or will the bills cup check them today you know I gotta gotta be honest with you man my question uh or my answer to this question is a little different now because I don't even know if we're going to get a good sense of them this week now with all the injuries of this Buffalo defense that they're taking they might have anot
her huge game and and maybe we just continue to ride that confidence that they're building they seem very confident and I think that's something that the young head coach is rubbing off and I'll be the first to admit I was a little wrong about him because I thought Mike McDaniel might be the guy that's a little jokey a little bit more of this and maybe not too serious it seems like the players are really connecting with him and that's huge and maybe this is a different style coaching we're used
to in the NFL this young like relatable fun guy but he really seems to care about these guys and he really seems to be making personal connections and showing up in the box scores so I think I think they are for real on offense for sure I think that defense took a huge step back last week let's see what happens this week against the bills but I think the Dolphins are definitely a team that if you see them on the schedule you better be concerned with I'm not ready to anoint Tua as a qb1 rest of s
eason yet even whatever happens today but he's certainly in that conversation he's on that Fringe right now so a good performance this week will go a long way to that rest of season ranking for him all right let's keep the conversation going here because I'm loving all the information and judging by our social media feed so are the fans out there I'm sure you'll be inundated all day long so enjoy that uh Joe a lot of fantasy managers are fickle and they're impatient um are you ready to cut bait
on anyone and if so who uh yeah this is the question right like is it time to just get over it with certain players I think it is with some uh guys like DK Metcalf I just don't think are going to live up to expectations his value is still somewhere around like the top 25 wide receivers I don't see him being that this year he might have a couple Splash plays here and there maybe they should throw the ball up a little bit more for him and just let him go up and get it just don't know if that's the
style of Geno Smith or this offense uh I think I'm completely done with Ezekiel Elliott but you know me last year I had going into the year I didn't care for him I think you're completely done right now with guys like Kenny Gallade guys like um canarius Tony who I had expectations for Tony not so much for golliday but again doubtful today you cut him you move on if Greg Dortch is available on the waiver wire you pick him up uh Darnell Mooney's an interesting one too that's a player that I think
a lot of people are done with I would bench him this week as well if there's something really good in the shallow league on the waiver wire you could pick him up okay and drop darno Mooney I'm alright with it but let's see what he does against Houston this week let's see if it's a better matchup the Bears just aren't throwing the football at all I know that first game it was not an environment too and I know last week was an environment where maybe you try just not to make mistakes but look you
gotta let Justin Fields try and until they let him try Donald moonin's value is capped I think those are some guys that like if Sterling Shepard or trelon perks is on the waiver wire I'd rather have those guys potentially moving forward than than darno Mooney which is sad for Mooney it's not a reflection on him it's a reflection on the lack of passing attempts in this Bear's offense for him yep sad for managers that spent draft capital capital on Mooney as well just to have him sit on the bench
okay Joe who's quietly off to a good start so far this season well I think the first guy that comes to mind is Christian Kirk right I mean we just mentioned before this is a guy that is actually wide receiver seven on the year and I don't think that's something a lot of if you quiz people and said where is Christian Kirk maybe they'd say wide receiver one somewhere maybe top 10 but that's seven I don't think seven would come to mind uh Jahan Dotson even in half PPR is actually a wide receiver o
ne too because he's got all the touchdowns that's something you can't really you know get too attached to because they are a little bit more arbitrary Rashad Bateman has been extremely efficient and that's where some fantasy analysts will knock him but I'm gonna give him credit because it's the same knock that they did with AJ Brown for the first two years of his career I like AJ Brown AJ Brown's a pretty good player shop babe is a pretty good player the Ravens are showing you they're ready to c
ommit to throwing the football more I think those guys have been very surprising and pleasantly so um I think that there's opportunity again for Nelson aguilor today with especially with Kobe Myers out to do a little bit more those are some of the players I think you're you're kind of looking at saying oh pleasant surprise there maybe Sterling Shepard too who could be in line for a ton of volume him and Richie James are basically the lone men standing uh Tony Pollard is RB 22 going into this wee
k I think he's been better than people realize and I think he's going to be better as the season goes on Than People realize too I think those are the kind of players we're looking at where they're pleasant surprises so far that maybe we didn't anticipate but I do think Miles Sanders is another one too who's been very steady if you're looking for a steady rb2 that's not going to kill you that maybe some team kind of undervalues them on their roster maybe a mile Sanders the guy you can pluck off
in a trade and just say Okay is he going to give me 75 yards and a score this week probably those are good values right now especially with rb2 so many injuries so much uncertainty take what you know and what you can get points out of and then build upside in the rest I like it a lot of good information and you know when the skies Rumble that could just be the fantasy Gods pulling up their chairs just a little bit closer to get a closer look at players that have the most to prove in week three w
ho are we inching our chairs up a little pits definitely I mean Pitts is definitely that dude I think he has a lot to prove this week because he came with a lot of draft capital I would say George Kittle has little to prove too you want to see him on the field doing well um I think the Denver Broncos as a collective have a lot to prove it's a tough matchup this week against San Francisco's defense it's a pretty darn good defense so Russell Wilson you know I think that I think it was Andy Barons
I had on my show and from Yahoo and he's just a great fantasy mind he said you know um if Russell Wilson's great the first four weeks I'm not gonna overrate it if Russell Wilson's terrible the first four weeks I'm not going to underrate it I think that's exactly the approach because I think it takes a little time to get the new playbook get the new city get the new feel get the get everything together and my one big takeaway so far with the Broncos and I talked about on TMA earlier this week wit
h Ben on our Friday show together where it feels like hack it to me is a little out of his depth so far a lot of this has to do with coaching and I think the lack of preparation so I think the Broncos have a lot to prove this week McCaffrey has a little bit to prove too Dalvin cook some of those Big Time rb1 Investments that have been kind of okay to less than thrilling if you think about chimera cook Naji Harris like those guys have been pretty underwhelming if you took Justin Jefferson and it
