There were Lowriders hitting switches; bouncing, hopping and cruising in 3 wheel motion alongside clean Classic Cars! Police and Cop Cars showed up, blocking the street and bringing city tow trucks, seeming like they had intentions of impounding cars from the event, so we continued on to another location; with the Los Angeles city skyline in the back, to enjoy Car Culture and Cruising into the night!
