- There's nothing to worry about at all. Should I go make us something? You rest. I'll come get you when the food is ready. - Rebecca? That egg hash is spot on. Rebecca? No. No, no, no! Come on, honey, wake up. Wake up. I should've told you sooner. I should've just told you sooner. I should've told you. - Hi, my love. I could feel my time approaching and I didn't want to pass
away in front of you. So I tried to make your favorite dis

that much time together but it meant so much to me. And I knew about the
enzyme on the third day. My internal processors told me
of a change in my metabolism. I guess that the board had put this in me. But I didn't have the heart to tell you. And I lied to you that
first day at the beach. When I woke up from the void and saw you, my heart leaped out of my chest. I could never tell you that in per
son. All is not lost though. I was able to download
a portion of my code into this drive and although
the technology to reboot me into a new body isn't here yet, it gives us a shot at being reunited. But for now, go on and live. (light music)

Hello Everybody, thank you watching the movie. And thanks very much to everyone at Watch Dust for showing my film! Please let me know if anyone has any questions about the film or the making of it. Thanks!
It's a old fashioned love story ... Boy gets AI, boy loses AI, then AI makes us all cry. What can I say, I'm a ROMANTIC. I ... love you DUST.
'Yeah, a robot who's more human than most people in my life.' The entire story revolves around this line. Loved it ❤️
That was so good! The actress that played Rebecca was outstanding.
I would love to see a sequel. We all wish to feel the love in this movie.
Most Hollywood movies don't come close to this quality. I don't think I've seen a better romance in years ( and I'm 73!). Congradulations to everone involved. Please, enter it in next years Oscars!
A robot that can make a corporate sales f-boy fall in love. That's some high level R&D.
I keep coming back to watch this ... she's just perfect . The story , the actors, Rebecca.... just perfect.
Watched it twice. Fell head over heels for Rebecca both times and wept at the end both times. Was so sad for both of them.. A powerful and moving portrayal!
Being a person that can "fall in love" with just about anything, I can very much relate to this movie. My heart aches when I throw away old slippers I wore for two years, but if "an object" would be so human like with an AI taught to love me, a piece of me would probably die, too. We just have to start asking ourselves serious questions as this future is not that far away.
Generally this is not the type of plot I prefer (romantic). But on the other hand, I love the sci-fi genre. This romantic-scientific film is simply sensational. Well taken care of in the details of production and direction, and captivating actors. I'm 54 years old and I've never been more touched by a story than I was watching this gem. Are there plans for a feature film or a sequel? Even a series would be welcome... Thanks and greetings from Brazil.
I haven't cried for 10 years! until I saw this! This is ridiculously emotional! I never thought it could happen to me!
The ending broke me a bit. Almost came to tears. She was truly more human then many I know for sure. I’ve grown attached to her as well by the end, love this story. Well done.
Never was into romance films, but this actually brought tears into my eyes.Hope it have a part 2 to this.
This is just too tragic. Never knew that the tale of a moribund robot can be so melancholy. Kudos to the actors.
Nika Burnett totally had me in love with the Rebecca character!
What makes this film so unique and special is the (inevitable) closure to it's story line. Yet, still with some clever reveals. So first, this actress was brilliant. I think we all fell in love a little bit with Rebecca. Where a lot of sci-fi shorts love to leave open ended and very ambiguous endings, this film did close it's story line in a satisfactory manner, and although a tragic ending, also left with a ray of hope. I appreciated that. And even though yes technically a sci-fi film, this film was far more about love. Just such a beautiful film, I could gush on and on about how great it was, but suffice to say I truly enjoyed it, and this story will stick with me for a long time. Well done.
Forget AI, the creators of this short made a character you can't not fall in love with. Rebecca is like opium - universally addictive.
Amazing and beautifully done. The actress playing Rebecca is beautiful without being overly done. She's the embodiment of the sweet girl next door.
WOW That just made a Old Man Cry. Really GOOD thanks.!
