I have an example that uh about a person who was super close to me when I was a child he was my scout leader uh so he say that uh it was because of scouting that he really changed his life uh because all his neighborhood all his friends were super involved in drugs and it was just because of scouting of the support that the Scout group give to him when he was young that he passed about that and he became scout leader after that so he really changed his life I didn't understand that at that momen
t because I was like 14 years old but when I grow up and started to to be involved in National International um organization aspect I realize that those are the changes that we really want to see in young people around the world so uh in that sense I think we are doing a significant uh approach and significant contribution to changing the life of young people people around the world we just need to be able to tell the story and we just need to be able to measure that impact that we are generatin
g in in many many young people around the world and to tell the world what actually we are doing so uh yeah that was one of the biggest example that I have in my my personal life about uh how scouting change life of of a person well I think the value of scouting is 100% alive with the values of The Scouting should promote uh the problem is that sometimes the society don't know what we are doing so uh it's it's time to speak up in terms of uh which is the impact that we are generating in the life
of many young people around the world uh just to to be 100% align and also to be able to transform the life of of many people that want to join scouting
