He was murdered by homeless. They took his wallet boots and jeans. Get the homeless off the streets in the name of public safety.
He was robbed and dead then and thrown into that river OR tried to swim to get away. I've said it from the beginning. The facts are starting to support that. His bank card had already been found so SOMEONE obviously went through his wallet. Also a second and "more detailed" autopsy? In this high profile case why the hell wouldn't they have already done the most detailed autopsy possible?

Something has just been wrong with this from the beginning. There was no water in his lungs. 10 to 15 percent of drowning victims have no water in their lungs, but his tight pants and boots did not come off in that river. At least in my personal opinion…and why not his shirt?

According to the video when he was leaving the bar and spoke to the officer He appeared to be okay next part of the video he appeared to be staggering I believe someone put something in his drink.. I hope they investigated the girls that was on the 911 call and along with some of his fraternity friends.. I don't know why they would try to cover this up saying it wasn't foul play. I assumed from the beginning that he fell into the river and drowned because he was so impaired. Also ideo showed a bad fall against a pylon. Thought a head injury could have contributed. But just ow hearing that he had no pants or boots! This changes everything. And I know there is such a thing as a "dry" driwn8ng but don't understand the mechanism of that....

Just because there's no water in the lungs doesn't mean he wasnt alive when he went into the water. He could have died from hypothermia in the water especially with alcohol. Vasodilation increases blood flow to the skin, resulting in body heat being lost. It also decreases the body's ability to shiver and use energy that would normally help the body generate heat. A decrease in body temperature and a decreased ability to generate body heat in response to cold environments. Alcohol is a common risk factor for death due to hypothermia. Between 33% and 73% of hypothermia cases involve alcohol. It says he didn't have his pants or boots on which sounds like paradoxical undressing, which is not uncommon in hypothermia deaths. When they become severely hypothermic the brain either tells body its too hot or the blood vessels dilate and there's a rush of blood so they feel hot and undress.
I can imagine boots getting full of water and heavy and coming off in strong currents and pants if they were undone to urinate in river. He probably drowned
