all right hello everybody I'm going to give folks a couple of moments to trickle in here uh hope you're all having a nice day morning evening depending on where in the world you're joining us from hope you're having a nice Valentine's Day I know nothing says romance like a product roadmap webinar so super excited for you all to join us here this Wednesday um if you are here for the Strategic philanthropy product road map webinar you were in the right place congratulations you made it uh my name
is Amanda Deonte I'm our senior manager of virtual events here at bonara and I will be your moderator today um I've got a couple of housekeeping notes for everybody so I'll wait for um us to get those slides popped up first and foremost I want to let folks know that we are recording today's session so if you for some reason have to jump early um if you want to revisit this information if there's something you missed teammates who couldn't make it do not worry we are recording this and we will se
nd that recording to you all next week so keep an eye out on your email that you registered for this session with uh we'll be sending it there next week um so you'll be able to reference back to that um you'll all be muted off camera throughout this session so you'll just be seeing us just be seeing our lovely presenters uh but we do ask that you interact with us throughout the Q&A um that functionality will be open for you all throughout the entirety of the session we'll answer as many question
s as we can um at the end of the presentation but I know there might be some individualized questions some things you might not have the chance to get to which do not fear we will connect with you later offline after this presentation and make sure we address whatever needs you might have um but we'll be super excited to answer whatever questions come in that are relevant to this awesome road map um that Lauren McCarthy are uh vpf product has brought her team to present to us so really excited t
o have everyone with us thank you for joining uh Lauren I'll let you kick us off and take it away you're on mute Lauren oh my goodness you think I've never done this before thank you sorry I'm on mute um thanks everyone for joining Happy Valentine's Day or happy Wednesday to those um who are with us today I had my heart sunglasses on um but I I really can't see so you're stuck with my glasses uh thanks everyone for joining us I'm going to um let the team do most of the talking but I will take yo
u through the agenda first I'll introduce you to the team hopefully they're folks that you are familiar with and have had conversations with before um before we get into kind of what we've recently released and what we're focusing on for the first half of the year on our road map I do want to just reset and talk through um the bonara vision and our strategic philanthropy vision and sort of strategy going forward I'll get spend a little bit of time because it's really good background and understa
nding which really informs and shapes our road map not only shortterm but also longterm so that's the plan and then as Amanda mentioned as time permits we will address a couple of questions we are trying to see if we can do this and not use the full hour um but give everyone some time back in their day and not just talk at you for um for an hour straight um so hopefully that that will work from a Content perspective and we can get to a few questions so moving on to the team you guys I'm Lauren u
m so nice to nice to see everyone I lead I lead the Strategic Plan Three product team I'm here with our Fantastic Team um of Katie who is our Katie Lyman our director of employee and gr engagement and Grant making Solutions also joined by by Nathan clay and um Allison Boral who are both our senior PMS overseeing our Employee Engagement products Tess o senior PM over insights we'll be talking us through the insights road map and what recently came out related to that and then Tyler G who is our s
enior PM for front door so working primarily with our social good organizations and nonprofits as they interact with um our corporate customers and partners so that's the team hopefully you have met these folks before if not definitely um we we love talking with with you all at any chance we can get so feel free to reach out at anytime with questions or to say hi um so there are going to be polls sprinkled through this webinar we want to be able to hear from you get your thoughts on different th
ings so we're going to kick it off with a nice easy maybe first poll which is what's your favorite Valentine's Day candy so let us know I'm sorry to say we won't send you any but we're just curious all right so far this audience is leaning heavily towards don't care as long as it's chocolate awesome I I would vote the same way great all right how do we do chocolate is is that where we're leaning we've got around 70% of folks here saying they don't care as long as it's chocolate love questionable
percent of conversation Hearts we'll talk later yeah y really curious about the conversation heart folks though I do have one on the screen so it's all it's all good um okay thank you for indulging in our very scientific poll about candy preferences um next I just want to take us through um the over all um vision and what I want to do is just take a few minutes to talk about the bonara and the Strategic philanthropy Visions these are rolled out in November um if you did not have a chance to att
end the webinar on this the bontan and strategic philanthropy Vision that Scott Brighton and I did sometime I think in November I highly encourage you to take the time and watch the recording I think Amanda can pop that in the chat the link so you can watch it um I'm going to give a very brief preview because I know the real excitement for today is what we're actually building that relates to this Vision um but I I do think it's just an opportunity for us to sort of level set on what this meant
and again just to sort of set the stage bonara came together from multiple companies focused on fundraising engagement um impact in case management corporate social responsibility so we really wanted to say what is the unique opportunity that we as bonara have to sort of impact um and and look at opportunities to improve sort of the social good ecosystem system and that's what ultimately informed the vision um that we created as a as a company and we rolled out last year so diving into it really
um what we did was we started to dig into the state of giving in the United States and what we identified is that the social good ecosystem has an existential problem um in the US annual giving is roughly about $620 billion a year um and that number includes both monetary gifts so so actual cash donation um as well as the the economic value of volunteer hours so that's sort of inclusive of all of that um this is a really big number but it pales in comparison to the investment that's required to
tackle the most important social causes of our time so for example to deal effectively with climate change world hunger us child poverty it's estimated that it would require about 5.5 trillion dollars every year to address that so what we need to do is grow the giving pie and this is where there's sort of some trends that are a little bit alarming that we see um giving at the US has been stuck at about 2 and a half% of GDP for about 60 years so even though the average per capita wealth has incr
eased seven times during that time period so as America has gotten richer it has not resulted in giving a greater percentage of that increased wealth to social causes so we're going to continue to have this gap between what we need to address these causes and what are actually resourced to do currently um so we kind of wanted to say well why right um as we've got more money like what why are we Contin to see this gulf um why are we not adequately Funding Solutions to the problems that are plagui
ng us today right um and a lot of voices today suggest the sheer lack of resources is the root of that problem and we we disagree we believe that the lack of resources is a symptom of a bigger problem and that bigger problem is actually declining trust so there's been a a ton of research and literature um recent and sort of going back the last couple years um around the importance of trust in the social good ecosystem so for example in the 2022 giving experience study um trust is the number one
most important uh consideration for donors as they decide on if and how much they are going to donate to a social good cause and then the 2022 trust in Civil Society survey sort of Illustrated the same thing supporters need to say they need to know a great deal about an organization before they support it and they need to have feel like their trust has the has been earned um before it's supported so these are pretty large percentages around having individuals know sort of how can I make a desire
d impact and how can I trust that like I'm making a right impact and then like what was actually achieved if I if I made a gift by virtue of my giving these are sort of the fundamental trust questions we have so where does Von Pera come into play so so we believe that we are positioned to rebuild this Foundation of trust for donors for funders and for your employees um and that these tenants of trust really focusing on efficiency measurable impact visibility fostering mutually beneficial relatio
nships are and will be sort of central to the Investments that we make in our products both for strategic philanthropy and in the other sort of product areas that we focus on um that's really sort of how we how we think about the vision then again we believe that if we do this right if we can boost trust and we can sort of impact those tenants of trust that we can grow that giving PI right that we can increase the percentage of giving to 3% by 20 by 2033 so 3% 33 which would effectively double u
m that giving Pi um that's this is our vision this is what we're sort of working towards what we are working towards so what does that mean for strategic philanthropy and for all of us gathered here so again thinking about the greater bonara ecosystem where you have impact management which is really the participants who are receiving sort of the benefits of social good organizations strategic philanthropy which is you the funders your employers your employees and then the the social good organiz
ations who are doing fundraising um and engagement where do we fit so we believe that sort of our group strategic philanthropy is Central to this we are the some of the largest funders in the United States and in the world are on this call right now so fantastic um and your employees have relationship with thousands of social good organizations so really building that connection where social good organizations and the impact they have in our communities is at the heart of everything that we do a
nd I didn't say heart is a pun for Valentine's Day but I'll go with it so so what does that mean for the Strategic plan rev Vision right where we fit in that ecosystem so fittingly enough and again this was created before Valentine's Day we really have our vision We Believe believe that we are the sort of match.com for funders and sgos we want to facilitate we see ourselves as matchmakers we want to facilitate lasting impactful connections between funders and social good organizations we want to
unite employees and their Employers in Social good and corporate purpose and finally we really aim to provide the resources that will amplify the impact employees and funders have with social good organizations and within their communities so really bringing all of that together um and and making those connections sort of stronger more valuable and more impactful and we landed on sort of match.com because it connected the dating world it was sort of the first of the sort of the dating apps conn
ected the dating World by making it easier to discover to vet to match with poent potential partners and it resulted in millions of lasting relationships and that was really the goal is finding that long-term match um and you know we intend to do the same thing by making it easy for employees and corporations to discover and to vet and to connect with the sgos they're aligned to and the causes they care the most about um and our conviction is that measurable and focused Purpose with tangible out
comes so real true measurable impact and outcomes is what's going to motivate your employees and is going to build those um strong strong corporate Brands right so to achieve this connected Vision Bona is going to deliver a set of solutions that enhance s the discovery make matching seamless and generate trust in each step of the funding process our Network when combined with sort of those robust profiles preferences and impact measurement will result in that more connected sort of ecosystem for
everyone um again this is really our vision it guides our short-term and our long-term roadmap plans you will hear me and you will hear us talk about this and how it relates to this when we do this again in a couple months when we do it next year so it will be a constant sort of um Guiding Light for how we think about our investments the boxes on the right side of the screen are really our investment themes you're going to see them show up again later in the slide deck um these are the themes t
hat drive our roadmap investment we think about how is this going to turn into tangible outcomes for you all as you work to manage your employee giving programs or as you work through your Grant making initiatives um broadly we want to facilitate increased participation increased match rate we want to make it easier for you all to manage and administer your Grant programs and be able to measure that impact in your community so we'll talk a little bit more about how we're going to do that in the
next six months and then you'll see more from us so we'll get to that on the upcoming slides and then again I think you you probably are all familiar with who we are and what we do but we really believe that sort of we are best equipped to support you in um how you achieve your philanthropic and employee giving objectives so with that said I'm going to stop talking and let the folks who build the Fantastic solutions that you all use actually talk about what we recently released so I am going to
hopefully mute myself and turn it over to Allison I can advance the slide who will talk about Employee Engagement yeah hi everybody um so for employee engagement we have some exciting releases to share so first you'll hear me talk about localization for donors quite a bit today the overall goal of this work is to offer equit Equitable experiences and increased participation with donors across the globe so we're approaching donor localization in three categories donor preferred currency uh donor
preferred time format and donor preferred date format um we've already released donor preferred currency which has exposed donor's preferred currency as a standard field on their donor information and internal their donor's preferred currency will then be pre-selected when giving where possible so additionally um and most recently we've also released the ability for a donor to set their preferred time format for 12-hour clock 24-hour clock CL or a 24-hour alternate format this field can also be
controlled with an admin on the donor profile the preferences will then be used in their Employee Engagement experience and in emails included in this as well is standardizing 15 mid increments for events rather than 30 which will allow for more granularity in event management and Detail in reporting the next release was the result of client feedback for volunteering we made some enhancements to the event management process whereby when an event manager makes an update to an event that already h
as a roster that roster will move with the event previously this required manual reconciliation um and we also included some smaller improvements in this as well like displaying event dates on an event signup page some admin tools and clarified email communication so these changes hopefully will reduce confusion for employees and time spent on manual reconciliation for event managers awesome thanks Allison hopefully there are folks on the call who are enjoyed hearing about that we will move on t
o tests and insights all right hello everyone um okay so over the past few months um the insights team has been focused on releasing enhancements that improve the user experience within the application we've also provided additional methods to access and extract your cybergrants data into your own data warehouse house and bi tools so first up we've released an updated overview page which allows for a more personalized experience by providing quick access to your favored dashboards or reports you
'll also see information about which folder the content belongs to and when it was last updated by a user also from the new overview page we've made it even easier to explore our comprehensive Suite of standard dashboards which serve as a great starting point to copy and further customize to your needs next up we've released snowflake data sharing which allows customers who also have a snowflake data warehouse to connect to our snowflake to have direct access to their cybergrants data tables sno
wflake data sharing includes over 500 standard fields in all of your custom Fields across both Grant making and employee engagement so if you're an insights customer and would like to learn more about snowflake data sharing please reach out to your support contact who can point you to some additional documentation in our help center and with that I think I'm passing to Tyler for front door thanks Tess wonderful uh we have some nice things that have been released uh recently the first is a status
improvements um we're always driving to make front door the most upto-date most accurate nonprofit profile you can have uh if you're a strategic philanthropy customer so we've introduced uh some status tools for the npos that help keep them aware of what the status of their a credentials are um if they're pending if they're they've been rejected or if they've been approved and all of these are with the goal of driving more nonprofits to make sure that their a credentials are active and approved
um as we know that leads to faster dispersements for you our clients and the second item that we're about to be releasing is a deeper integration with zenes uh which is our support uh ticket tracking tool here at pontara and our goal is a a stronger integration where we can uh deliver reduced timelines for Ticket resolution so that the nonprofits with issues or questions um get faster resolutions when their front door users and that means faster resolutions to issues uh keeping the nonprofits f
rom interacting with your programs so those are the two things for front door that we've recently released and I'm passing it on all right and hi everybody um just talking about some of the changes we've made to Grants recently there have been a few user experience improvements um number one being able to more granularly control which of your users is able to actually configure uh workflow statuses so that was previously not available as its own permission that's available to you now additionall
y we've made some changes to our tagging interface uh to make it easier for you to be able to organize and find your requests for those that aren't familiar uh the tagging feature is a is a great one that enables you to add metadata or specific information about requests especially those that might span multiple program types and then you can actually filter the main tab by those so that you can more easily find them in the future and as you can see here we've uh added some improvements to that
interface so that it's much easier for you to see existing tags add or remove them um within a specific request and I think next up is a poll I'll pass it back to Lauren it is a poll it's not about candy I'm sorry uh what I what I wanted but feel free to have some we wanted to understand um how many of you were aware of any of these releas recent releases before today this just helps us understand um how aware you are of these things and if we can we can communicate more effectively feel like we
need the Jeopardy music to play just give folks a couple more seconds to see for the most part everyone's responded great all right we thank you for that one um because we just love a poll keep those poll buttons ready to go I've got another one for you um which is again this helps us sort of understand uh where you all are are interested which of these recently released features are you most excited about and you can select more more than one here yes so if it's more than one you just can't ch
oose how excited you are please more than one it's our Valentine to you folks about 10 more seconds for this one all right thank you we'll have a pause and plls but there are more to come so get ready and thank you again for answering we're going to move on to what's exciting upcoming road map so uh we're going to talk about what we are working on that will be released broadly within the the next six months is how we think about it so um I know in the past we've done quarterly webinars they've b
een more ad hoc we are moving to a two-time a year um road map format so this will be covering covering sort of the first half of the year and then we'll do one that'll cover the second half of the year later in the year um so again these are forward-looking things are always subject to change I'll give you the usual caveats um I will say I think pretty much everything that we're talking about is in development currently um remember how I mentioned during the uh Vision that we were going to come
back and talk about some of the themes well here we are so um we focus our road map items around categorized around these four themes as I mentioned earlier this is these will persist throughout the rest of the year and into next year so these will become very familiar um if there's an opportunity to change our strategy or something adapt certainly We'll add more themes but the these largely govern sort of where we invest in in product enhancements and and supporting the product um across all o
f strategic th fanthropy so the first one is um knowing that for those of you who are using our Employee Engagement tools um participation is you know what you are trying to increase and drive your employees to do uh we want to help you increase participation in giving in volunteerism so broadly we think about that over time as how do we motivate employees to give their time or their money how do we provide awareness of different campaigns make it easier for campaigns to be created and what are
the and share the positive impacts that that engagement has on employees communities sort of these are the broad theme um also related to employee engagement is increasing match rates uh one thing I didn't mention in the vision but is really important to know is that every year between four and seven billion dollar is unclaimed is left unclaimed in matching gift funds uh that's from double the donation one of their statistics so we want to think about how can we use technology to better increase
in support support more matching and getting more of those matching gift funds um into the hands of social good organizations that your employees are supporting so we want to max out matching um there's some work you won't see I'll talk about it how it relates to the road map for the next six months shortly but again we we may not be focused on this sort of super hard right now but it is a big theme of ours as we build um longer term on the grant making side we are focused on how do we better c
onnect those social good or organizations um with um funders and employee donors who share sort of common goals and uh and and common sort of purpose so bridging that Gap really speaking back to that sort of Matchmaker concept is really what this is about um and then last but certainly not least is how do we increase the grant making efficiency so making it minimizing whatever manual work um you all have to do so that way you can spend more time on relationship building and measuring impact and
building capacity and all the things you want to do rather than chasing down approvals and workflows and managing various steps with the grant making process so those are the four themes um just to introduce you to them broadly and then how it relates to our 20124 first half road map is outlined here all of these things we are going to dive into I just want to call out the match rate thing we are doing some work right now related to increasing match rates we we probably have spoken with some of
you about it in the past that is not something that's going to be released in the next six months so you will hear more about it at our next webinar I just didn't want to leave a a blank a blank box for increased match rates because we are very much doing work on it and have done quite a bit of work so far but you'll see more in the second half of the Year there um I'm not going to steal a thunder of the team they're going to talk about each of these items here but this is what we're gonna we're
going to chat through um so I am going to turn it over back to Allison who will talk through some of the E features that have been released yeah um so first up we are working on some security enhancements related to gift confirmation and apply online again specifically for clients that are not using front door we had seen some instances where donors were confirming their own gifts and apply online so to solve for this we'll be removing the ability for a donor to print facts or pre preview um in
the email the instructions to confirm those gifts those instructions are intended for the nonprofit to confirm the gift so they will stay with them um it's not information that the donor really needs to see or use uh we'll also be restricting access to a proposal type configuration that allows donors to match Grand Seekers and apply online and then if you can move to the next slide Lauren please um so this will be pretty quick because I already touched on this larger initiative earlier but we w
ill be working on our third area for donor localization which is a donor owners preferred date format um we're continuing to work towards an improved and Equitable experience for our global global employees by displaying dates in a donor's preferred format we will be detecting the date format used um in their browser or operating system and that is what will be used for a donor within their Employee Engagement experience all right so I'm up next um so in addition to improving the localization su
pport on the platform that Allison just discussed we're also going to be working to broaden not only the experience that's available in the platform but also the programs that are available to Global employees and we're actually going to start specifically with credit card giving and matching and this work when delivered will enable an employee to donate directly through the platform via credit card and receive a match to one of the global organizations provided to us and that's going to be thro
ugh partnership with cap America and I do want to call out we'll get into a little bit more detail on this here in a minute but this program will require cgds which enables the automated invoicing and dispersement tools that are currently provided by cgds domestically so on the next slide we're actually going to dive into more detail on credit card giving there are a couple of key benefits that we want to highlight here number one more organizations right so we want to expand the number of globa
l organizations that are available to employees by partnering with a reliable vetted partner and for us that's calf America and they'll either be working directly with the organization or they'll be working with their network of Partners to provide us with a list of organizations that can be supported through your programs and on top of that list from an administrative side you'll be able to control which organizations are available by geography so such as selecting which countries are available
for specific programs or alternatively you can reject organizations that you don't want to work with as part of this program um on the second one we really want to make sure that we're supporting both that crossborder giving as well as the international domestic um use cases so that might be Global organizations or I'm sorry Global employees giving to Global orgs it might be us employees giving to Global ORS but in either case it's going to be a similar donor experience to what us employees hav
e when giving via credit card today that also means it's going to leverage similar tools and workflows and depending on the need might be able to be done actually through the same program that's going to depend on what the requirements are so we might recommend a split depending on how you want that configured um one thing you might remember from March of 2023 was that we also launched support for digital wallets such as Apple pay or Google pay and so this International credit card giving will a
lso support digital wallets which is particularly exciting because we know that outside of the United States digital wallets like Apple pay or Samsung pay or Google pay are really frequently used not only for e-commerce transactions but also for giving and then in terms of how this works you know I've mentioned that we're going to be partnering with CF America but it's also going to be using cgds like I mentioned which will handle core portions of the dispersement gift batching payment batching
invoice um those will all be updated so that they work for international transactions and they'll also handle redirection through cgds in the event that an a global organization can't be paid um I do want to call out here uh while while we are going to be able to set the donor's preferred currency ultimately funds for Global organizations will be captured in USD so we'll be updating the donor experience to ensure that that's very clear and transparent to them as they're submitting their credit c
ard information one call out that I did want to make quickly here um well we'll be expanding this in a future phase the initial release of this so that we can move quickly and help you support your Global employees isn't going to include nominations um while on the cgds domestic side we can be responsible for vetting organizations Global vetting requires partnership with calf may come in at additional cost and also needs to uh coordinate Communications behind the scenes so while we'll be working
towards that it won't be in this initial phase it will be something that we introduce later um as we continue to expand these programs and on the subject of international one last thing that I do want to mention on the next slide as well is part of what Lauren mentioned will be coming later in the year and that support for our multi currency rules and limits we know that today our current rules options can sometimes make it challenging to display or or might display interesting donor limits tha
t may not make sense to uh Global employees so as part of our match initiative Builder which you'll hear more about going into the second half of the Year administrators are going to have tools to be able to input those uh match limits or those minimum balances or the minimum uh donation amounts for any currency that's enabled for a program and then we'll also be updating the employee experience so that it takes those settings and can show the appropriate remaining balance based on that employee
s preferred currency under the hood it's still going to be using our existing currency conversion tools and similar to what Allison mentioned before we're going to leverage the data that's fed to us about that donor's preferred currency in those HR feeds to be able to display information to the donor so as you can see there's lots coming for Global support for your employees but let's actually take a and Amanda can you go ahead and launch the poll all right we're we're really curious for all of
you that are looking to expand your employee giving programs uh kind of a sense from you about what regions you're focused on so we'll leave this open here for a little bit but um I want to give some context while we're starting with this initial list from cap America we're definitely going to want to keep expanding the coverage that we have on different countries around the world and your input can help us focus on adding more organizations across those countries that can be supported through v
arious programs how's the poll looking Amanda it's looking good we'll give folks maybe like five more seconds here um people are still responding so definitely want to make sure we get everyone's input all right thanks everyone all right and then I believe on the next slide um we're going to be pivoting away from the employee giving features towards what's coming up for Grants um and what we've heard from a lot of you all is is related to this auditing work that we're going to be doing um we've
heard regularly you need to be able to more granularly track changes to your data and your system configuration and so our auditing initiative is is really geared towards making changes that help you more easily and find and support those needs um so first going to be working on capturing more granular data um so being able to track more of of what we have today not just who published what we're pretty soon here actually going to be turning on automated backups without you needing to remember to
select the checkbox when you're publishing we know that that can be easy to forget so we'll be reducing some of that friction here and we're we're really excited about this we're going to be introducing tracking and visibility for custom field data changes so this is something that I've heard from many clients would be extremely helpful to understand what's changed and why and we're going to be tracking that and then surfacing it within the same interface that you've seen many times before uh i
n the existing audit log all right on the next Slide the the last feature that we're going to be working on here for Grants uh in the first half of the year is the E signature integration work that we're doing um we've heard from a lot of you that sometimes you need to rely on our staff members to be able to make changes to templates or update your mapping and our upcoming e signature work is really designed to give you the tools that you need to more easily manage and make those changes so they
'll be an improved interface for managing your connection you'll also be able to quickly upload and view templates yourself directly through the platform and as part of that upload you'll be able to select your merge fields and really importantly preview your template before you publish so that you can C catch any potential issues before they go out um so really excited about this expect hear more from us coming on this in the next couple of months and I'll pass it over to Tyler thanks Katie um
I'm really excited to announce that we're kicking off the next generation of frontdoor um currently being called front door 2.0 um I'm sure we'll make some tweaks to that and what we're doing here is we're really building the foundation for the future uh for the front door product and the nonprofit experience by building a new standardized scalable platform uh really from the ground up that's focused around that nonprofit experience and our goals for the nonprofit profile um and the interactions
and Integrations we want to build between the nonprofits and you clients um so we're looking to build things like better tools for nonprofits so that we can do deliver even faster more efficient gift dispersements um and we want to build on what our nonprofits say to us is that enabling front doors like making an additional gift to them and we want to take that even further and really maximize that value and we also want to lay the ground work uh for building the future of the Integrations we w
ant for nonprofits and our clients which is really this idea of a a grant market place and it's this idea of really building the nonprofit Grant experience into the front door product giving them tools so that uh they have an easier time finding opportunities making it so that you have a bigger pool of Grant Seekers available for your granting opportunities and then providing the nonprofits themselves with tools that reduce their costs and allow them to complete their Grant process more efficien
tly so that Grant programs can be run uh faster with a larger pool so we're really excited about the work that's going into that and we've actually started that so you'll hear more uh from us throughout the year uh as we get further in that process thanks awesome thanks and now we will turn it over if I can find my cursor sorry guys um Tess all right hello again um so for the insights team the insights team is always researching and learning new ways to elevate the data that may already be captu
red within our platform to then package and present those as insights love a pun back into our admin us back to our admin users in a way that empowers them to feel confident when making programmatic decisions by maybe utilizing metrics that hadn't easily been accessible before so that's precis precisely what we'll be delivering with Advanced donor analysis with advanced owner analysis admins will have access to a new standard dashboard as well as a set of fields to identify employee participatio
n Trends related to recency frequency and monetary or hour amount so with these new Fields admins will be able to answer questions quickly such as what age generation is most engaged who are my recent donors who are my repeat or my laps donors or what donation siiz tier is most common among my donors so these are the same types of metrics that you may have already seen in some trusted industry reports from organizations like giving Tuesday and even from our fundraising and engagement experts at
bontar so by surfacing these metrics directly within insights you'll be able to track similar Trends but do so throughout the year having real-time accessibility to these metrics will provide you with the opportunity to do things such as ensure the relevance relevance Effectiveness and impact of your programs share with employees your progress towards your C Sr vision and goals to reinforce the role they play in achieving those goals recognize celebrate or even reward your most engaged employees
and most importantly adapt to the everchanging trends of donors to adjust your programs accordingly and have the data to back up those decisions from there we plan to take these metrics one step further by applying machine learning techniques to to identify your most and least likely donors based on a combination of their past engagement Behavior across these new categories next slide all right so next for insights as adoption for insights has increased it's elevated the importance to deliver s
elf-service user management capabilities that not only allow us to scale and support more effectively but would also allow admins to be more autonomous efficient and adaptive to changes in requirements and ownership for CSR reporting so to address this need the insights team is currently working towards a self-service user Administration solution which will enable admins to manage insights user access as needed and at scale without any dependencies on Cyber Grant support with this tool admins wi
ll be able to perform tasks such as audit the existing list of users with access and to what level of access they have whether it's an analyst or a viewer add remove or update users with the correct level of access needed and determine what types of data sources each user each user should be able to access to ensure their only seeing data related to the their areas of focus and ownership so on that note we'd love to hear from all of you um who might be interested in speaking with the insights te
am to discuss your user management needs so if Amanda you can launch the next poll we'll give you a few moments to respond give folks a couple more seconds awesome thanks everyone all right um I think it's up to me to bring us home and I failed at poll numbering so um poll five and poll four are the same um I wanted so I hope everyone before I get into that hopefully everyone was really excited to see what we have recently released what's coming up um I know I'm excited I'm I mean I I love all o
f our upcoming release babies equally but I'm very excited about um the international credit card giving I know many of you are as well so really happy to see this sort of Team working tirelessly on on getting that out to you so you can give more sort of Equitable opportunities for your employees um so really really pumped about that as well as everything we're doing with front door and insights and and the rest of e so lots of exciting stuff coming up this quarter um moving on I want to share t
his not quarter this first half um jumping in I just want share something that's not product necessarily driven that at bonara that we're bringing but something that is related to all of you and is more of a service opportunity uh that we're rolling out this first half of the year and that's something called Platinum support um so just wanted to share we are rolling out this new sort of services offer um which is really designed to help you um apply best practices both from a programmatic and a
technology perspective right we we understand there's increasing demands for e programs for Grant making programs um and so we are here to sort of provide that additional expertise and support to help you think through how to maximize those programs get more results um out of them and and also free up some of your time um and and make you work more effectively so there's some details here um it's it's a really sort of great ongoing services offer um opportunity that we're providing across both E
mployee Engagement and grantmaking programs so um just wanted to share that in case you haven't seen anything related to it and finally on that point my final poll question which is really poll number six uh is if there's anything that you've seen today that you would like your account team to reach out to you about please let us know um and we'll be sure to do that all right seems like responses are are slowing down so we'll give it maybe one more second here to to get your response in if you w
ant your account team uh to get in touch with you um otherwise I think we're we're good to move forward Lauren great um well thanks everyone we have reached sort of the conclusion of the roadmap presentation I hope this was helpful um thank you for your poll responses um we did have a couple questions uh that we will we will tackle um now I think Amanda I think you've got a few of them that we will address yeah awesome um so thank you everyone uh on the team here first and foremost I know these
are these are Big updates and there's a lot of hard work that goes on behind the scenes for these so just want to say huge appreciation to all of you for sharing it with our audience today um and for all of the hard work that y'all are doing uh for vona kind of behind the curtain um we really appreciate you all uh and thank you for all of your awesome questions here and for coming to the session everyone who's participated um we love engaging with our clients and hearing from you all so thank yo
u all so much um if you need to jump before the q&as I wanted to make sure I got my my thank yous out the door um but we'll get to as many of these questions as we can like we said some of them um kind of try to cover some of the more broad themes um if it's a super individualized question either we'll reach out to you um on your own or follow up with you offline so um wanted to make sure that we address that but um you know Lauren you kind of mentioned the excitement around the international wo
rk and I saw some some questions come in um one about this specifically which was will the international work support matches for employee donations made directly to the nonprofit sure Katie do you want to take that one yep I can jump in on that one yes so H while our initial focus is really around that International credit card giving and matching absolutely we do plan to support that offline donation method as well since we know that that's often popular with uh folks that are um in the global
population great awesome thank you Katie um the next question was about um kind of the E signature integration that I saw some folks be curious about and that was really just about like what vendors will that integration work with yep and I'll take that one too um so for E signature uh we we plan to be able to support Adobe sign docu sign but also to build this in a flexible way so that as new providers come in in the future we're able to expand what we have to be able to work with those I thin
k there's one one other one that we support today as well uh that should be included in these updates um it would be something where you'd want to be using the most recent version of the API so we're working with our internal team to make sure that we have plans on how we can move folks over uh that are currently using e signature today regardless of the provider that you're working with awesome thank you Katie um I don't know if anyone else saw questions come in maybe from their specific um sec
tions that they want to address live um they will give a break otherwise I'll I'll hop to kind of the next theme that I saw here why do you go forward Amanda okay awesome um so I saw some folks um who were curious about the the date format feature um and they were curious if donors would be able to choose or change their own date format on their own uh I can answer that one so um for date format that would be detected by their browser or operating system so that is not something that would be ab
le to be controlled or changed within the application itself it's a little bit different from how we're implementing time for example where you can go in and change which time format you would like to see within the application awesome thank you thank you and I think we've got a question related to insights to test maybe you can take it which is um will uh new users of insight see the new overview page and this is for folks who maybe haven't implemented insights yet yep that's a good question so
this new overview page is essentially the landing page that as soon as you're provisioned with access to insights it's the very first page that you land on when you hit the insights tab within admin um so it's it's the very first page that people see if you don't have any favorites that you have already favored it any any dashboards or reports you've already favored it you'll just see a simply simple um empty State message that encourages you to go start exploring and updating um sorry explorin
g and favoring content so that they'll now appear for easy access on your overview page so yes every user existing or new will see this new page and be able to take advantage of it all right I think that's all right yeah I think that that about covers it luren and team um for as far as some of the the overall questions we saw again if we didn't get te um either in response we'll be sure to connect with you um and we'll look forward to following up with those of you who ask for some followup from
those polls so uh we'll we'll keep in touch with you all but big thank you again to the team here um for everyone who participated with us today I really appreciate youall and thank you Amanda and again thanks for everyone who was able to join today we appreciate your questions and your partnership so thanks all right everyone have a great rest of your day happy Valentine's Day that candy enjoy the candy make sure you have some chocolate today a big chocolate group um all right take care folks
