a leak in the tunnel at Salt Lake City International Airport caused a lot of commotion today yeah this is the long tunnel that takes you between the A and the B concourses an airport spokesperson said groundwater leaked into that tunnel passengers were eventually directed through an auxiliary area to avoid the mess as it was cleaned up I was walking over to the tunnels that connect the A and B sides of the airports and it was closed off and they told me yeah you have to walk back the I came from
which wasn't that big of a deal I don't mind walking but I did hear some people uh complaining about it we got on the bus and then they drove us over here near the baggage claim and then we just climbed up some stairs and came and got our bag so I don't even know if it took longer just because it takes such a long time to walk from the be terminal so I don't I don't even think it it didn't it took us maybe 10 minutes yeah it was pretty it wasn't too long you're going to get your steps in either
way through that Tunnel right officials say they temporarily fixed the leak earlier this evening they're looking into the cause of it right now now
