welcome to Ms craft shop I invite you to an easy tutorial on making greeting cards the card we will make is a versatile design perfect for birthdays Easter and even children's gifts if you enjoy cute and colorful cards this tutorial is definitely for you [Music] e [Music] the C dimensions are 14 1/2 CM by 14 1/2 cm and I will use papers and Extras from my new Rainbow meow collection the card will come with a box that measures 15 cm by 15 cm the Box will have a transparent lid and a readymade bas
e for easy assembly the product list for this tutorial I will include in the video [Music] description [Music] [Applause] [Music] when I attach the scrapbooking paper to the white base I always leave a margin that creates a white frame around it you can decide how wide you want the frame to be but emerging with a maximum width of half CM works best I prefer thin margins so I cut out the scrapbooking paper 2 3 mm smaller than the wide [Music] base [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [
Applause] [Music] I wanted the butterflies to be the main focus on the bottom of the card so I cut the strip to the appropriate [Music] height [Music] [Music] [Music] e [Music] [Music] [Music] I attached the green panel with 2 mm double-sided foam tape the right fence overlap the green panel halfway and I wanted it to be pushed further out to achieve this I used two layers of 2 mm double-sided tape in the upper part of the picket fence and on the one layer of 2 mm double-sided foam tape in the l
ower parts The Only Exception was the first left Peet instead of two layers of 2 mm double-sided tape in the upper part I used 2 mm and 1 mm double-sided foam tape this Piet overlap the left fence which I glued with 1 mm double-sided foam tape as a result we achieved a two-dimensional effect [Music] [Music] if you want to keep all the composition in one layer use the same thickness of the double-sided foam tape for all the arrangement elements however I think a few dimensions are more effective
in that case you need to play with different layers and thicknesses of the double-sided foam tape gluing separate pieces for instance if you need to hide an element behind another use a thinner double-sided foam tape than you previously used and the other way if you want to draw attention to a specific piece that overlaps the previous one but still has some unsupported Parts you have to add an extra layer of double-sided foam tape to provide better [Music] stability [Music] [Music] [Music] [Appl
ause] [Music] [Music] [Music] e [Music] h [Music] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] I printed the sentiment used in this project on 250 G white paper with my printer nowadays most home printers can print on heavier paper but you can choose a sentiment from my previous paper collection Timeless moments you can check out the offer on my Etsy onl store if you don't have it [Music] usually the pre-folded Box doesn't require glue for assembly but I prefer to use glue anyway and I
always do you can decorate it with paper either before or after folding it I usually decorate the box after assembling [Music] it [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] e [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] when cleaning transparent foil it's important to take necessary precautions to avoid any damage to its surface paper towels can easily scratch or damage the foil therefore is recommended to use a soft cloth to clean the foil gently thank you for watching and joining me in the craft
ing I hope you like the project leave your comments and remember to subscribe to be no ified of my future videos see you [Music] soon
