I  start from the outside and move my way in, and I kind of cover that whole belly. Get it in for  about 20 to 25 seconds, since this is a warmup, then move into the next area
. The same thing,  you don't want to do it longer than that because you're going to cool down your muscles. Then,  get between them, work the area between them, and then, when you're done with that, move  into the other side. So, the same thing, I hold the gun, I start on the outside of the  calf, get into that belly, make sure I'm covering the entire area of the belly, moving into the  inner belly, and then getting between them at the bottom where it's still muscle. And then, you'll  just have
