Shall we start? Yes. It's coming along nicely. It's a good-sounding engine, by the way. It's always a question of whether the days are good or not. They're not always good, but it's a sunny day and we've got the repairs done. Let's quickly go over the situation we had. So this really is the best invention in the world for the tank side of this CFC sleep. So we get all the stuff that is, so inside the tank. But this is now a lesson for all of you there too. So now I have made here tämmöset signs.
So here are these connectors. So here's a chance, when these are really close to each other and these are not any protection between so if this rotates this nut, so it will press against it, so this bolt, which is here because this is just closed with these ... it is just tightened in between there. This was all new, so I bet that when this is tightened this connector, so it has remained a bit like that, that the o-ring has been then new nihkea, so it has since a little loosened and then when I
kirrasin this new connectors, so it rotated easily and here went these connectors together and now there are new wires, We have raychem wires are over there and there are now even bigger wires that can withstand even if there should be some other short circuit, so these are really now really stiff wires are over there and I made this top of this kind of markings that when I tighten the connector closed so I see that it just does not go to bend in any direction so you know that inside that can n
ot go then it. to these I also did then the same... well here they are not visible, but I used to open it and there is also glue between the socks. Even if something happens there, there should be no short circuit. Now let's put the tank in place. I mean, the tank is there, but this is in place. The tank we have is indeed a modified nuke and it is good in these tanks still that if you have that tank, so you can buy a separate inside of a kind of pladder, that is, it has the protective cover on t
he outside and then there is the tank part itself inside. So this is really really handy tank, so it does not need to make any separate semmosia terrible protective cages. Another option is that if it makes the protective cages on top, so then you do not need to go inside the gap it is called semmosta pladderia. But yeah, nothing, I'll start to put those in place and shown otherwise the wiring harness. Noniin, and here is now this new wiring harness Here you can see what style it is And let's no
w show a little more, that here are really the billet pieces for these connectors, and here it says that which connector goes where, and it's quite good, we were able to make a few dimensional changes still then now this wiring harness and is appropriate. We got everything the right way and now we'll just see how it fits in place. At the same time we made a few changes to these sensors, so we wanted to get rid of the rest of the BMW sensors, so that we won't have any problems with them. These co
nnectors are now made, for example, if I take this, so this is now and here is the DI fuel press, so these we must put in place, so this is put here, here and tighten it to it I do not want to put it there, because I must have the key to it, that I tighten it because otherwise the fuel flies, it is quite sure. But now let's put the wiring harness in place, so we can finally test whether it starts or not. Because we had everything else ready. That was the last thing, to test the gas pump. Stop. A
nd then just start it up. And then this shuts off at the stop? It should. There's no gas pressure yet. Yeah. All right, I'll test it. Should we open up that sensor a little bit, get some air out of there? Should we do it again? All right. I'll try it on. Yeah, now what? should I go for a turn? I don't know. Oh, I turned it off right away! Quite a lot of sounding turns. Uh... that and... I'll try this laptop on for size. See if it breaks. It didn't. I'll turn it on. I've turned it off now. Yeah.
I think it was less revs, but it was still pretty raw. Could we have a suction leak here? It's possible there's a leak. So, yeah. Let's go investigate. It could be, with all the systems in the world, there could be a connector missing somewhere. Yeah, we have a hole for the hose over there. Here we go. Yes. Yeah, no wonder. It sucks that out of a 15-millimeter. Shall we start? Yeah. Oh, that's pretty good. It's a good-sounding engine, by the way. All right. Does everything look OK? Warmed up pre
tty quick. Not much rattle, no rattle. Make sure there's no leakage from the bottom, Jokke. Is the water pump running? The car won't charge, 12.5 is the voltage. It's spinning. V*** when I was scared s*****a. Yeah, it's running here. I have no idea what it is. Now we are starting to have a project that the windshield is the only thing missing from the car. The fiberglass parts are all in place on the car. Otherwise, it's starting to come together. Look how good it looks. The only thing is our fi
breglass bonnet. It was really poor quality. It's got holes in it that should have been plastered over, actually. Luckily we'll have graphics on it anyway. But yeah, it's a really bad quality hood. Other than that, everything is perfect and it looks great now. We've got the moldings on the car, so here you can see. This one is not glued, but that's because we remembered to glue it. And look what else there is. The footer list. It's not attached in the middle, but it won't be. It's just the end s
ticking because it didn't travel down there. But other than that, it's slowly starting to stick out with all the mint we put on. Right now we should just and only have the windshield in place. Luckily Jani came from the car glass company to put the glass on, so we can have it here in our garage, so that we don't have to take the cart to the car. Now that we have that fiber roof we have, so there are no fasteners for these moldings, so these we have to glue here on the roof. And when these are bl
ack, and these are silver, so these must be taped now then black. Even these will be the graphics on top, but in any case, they will be taped black, so that if there is something visible, then at least not from there shine this kind of silver color. And soon we will start to present, when we get the glass on site, what we have. Pyry from Takkusen has made us an exhaust set, so oh joke it looks good. We'll soon start looking at how it fits in there and what stuff it has. It's great. I've installe
d glasses before. It looks like it. I'm so... I think I was the guy who lifted the glass. That's been replaced several times. It was the one heated one that came. I never even had time to turn the heater on, When it broke. Bimmerparty came with a fender for the windshield. Yeah, those bags are horrible. And then when I went over 200km/h, this is where it came from. And it halves out of the swamp and turns like this. And it hit the windshield straight on and it broke. Yeah, that's not what happen
ed. I think that's the third glass. Isn't that the second glass? I wonder if it's because it was meant to be a heated glass. It was never ordered. I thought you said it was coming soon. It doesn't matter. Just get as much as you can. Yes. It's been there for three years now, or four years, how long it's been there. I can never remember how long that car's been there. How many years have I had it? In 2019 it will be at the American car show completed. Not then and drove it there, the electricity
was missing. 20-21-22-23. That's like five years ago that car was made. That's a long time. Now we have the glass in place. The car came out looking much more finished. Did I even remember to go back and look at it from the front. Now I'm going to take a look. Now we can see what kind of exhaust system. One last thing. Actually, there are a couple of little things left. Pyry has made something like this... This is a masterpiece. Look how nice it looks. Is it now to say that this is six to one, s
o each tube goes separately here. This has been made reasonably short. They didn't try to make a long series. So that it flows as well as possible in there. They all go here in the same. Now we have this V-panta connection. We have had problems in the past, when it has been four bolts attached to the turbo, so it is really dull to tighten and the seals go bad and everything else, so this V-bolt tightening works really well. The output of the loose port starts from here. As a waste port we have T
urbosmartin 50mm port and it should be sufficient and when you look at this flow, so it fits very well in there that should not be at least no problems then. Then we have this fresh air. Here is a fresh air pipe, so we do not go to each separately fresh air, but we only go to this one, because it was found in that E91 working. It is now controlled so that it comes very well from there. If it goes directly to the turbo, it keeps the rpm in the turbo very well. The exhaust heat measurement came in
here. Here are the bundles we have put in every one like this. We get the exhaust heat measurement from each cylinder separately. So we'll see if we have any problems with the engine. If a nozzle starts to show symptoms or something like that. Now especially when we drive with high pressure nozzles, so we want to know that there is not just in any cylinder will be something that there is suddenly no fuel. We see it immediately then, if the exhaust temperatures completely collapse or if they sta
rt to go really high. Similarly, we also came to this way of measuring the exhaust pressure. So this is all times everything in this exhaust system. But the really compact got this and then Pyry made even more support here that this should last well. The material here is now. It's normal steel. Normal steel. And the size is? 42. 42 is this pipe, which we have here This has worked well and indeed here this fixing system is something special, that it's just lifted up here to the place. These are w
e have all the time firmly here at the bottom of the stick It is otherwise nice that there is another engine we have here so we have been able to all the time to fit it in place. This will be placed like this but on the spot. And then we put these on and we tighten it from there, so it pulls. Only these top bolts are used. This is really easy to put in place and take out if there are any problems. But here we are now in this engine everything tested. Now we're going to start putting this in plac
e. This will still paint on top, but because we make the heat shields understand the other first, so we put the paint then last and finally put the PT Racing hose here. When we get the heat shields, so we get them well done here, so that there will not be too much heat there. These are really plastic this valve head, so it must be well protected really from the heat, so that the heat does not come to it and this would melt. Because it is not good that it will catch fire from that. Now ruvetaan p
ut in place this real car and then see how everything goes to fit in place. Here you can see how nicely this goes in place. Except now I can't remember, because it's been so long since I put this in, which way this was supposed to go. How was this supposed to be put here? Was it like this? Yes. Yeah, that's how it was. It was easy. Still not putting in a new gasket with it to the last torque. A few tightened and it's good. I think we're going to put one in here the same way we did in '91, which
means we're going to put one on this side that's going to glow, so it stays. So we're going to make a kind of enclosure style for this. We leave it open from the top so that the heat rises, so it protects that side from there and burns them in the system, and on this side we put another, so it rises straight upwards with the heat. And probably will have to be put here again on the end, because last time there was the problem that when it came from here the driving wind, so it blew it in the wind
tunnel to there it all the hot air. We had an E91 burn the paint off there. Let's see if they don't burn off then. Hey! What does it look like? It's so pretty! How do you rate Pyry's creation? Yes, I give it a 10+. And a parrot sign on the side. For the travel book. Will this still fit? Now I don't know. At least that one has to go. It should fit. Yeah. No. It's easy. The oil has already gone in and out. Really? Yeah. Except there's no welding on it, by the way. Yeah, the oil hose. Yeah. Oh, it
's gonna be great. Yeah, it's pretty. You can get the exhaust manifold bolts right... It's nice. It's nice. Fresh air comes out of here? Yeah. You want Pyry to come over and hold... A little bit over here. Now. Is that it? Yeah, that's it. It's quite a mess. Peekaboo. There's enough room for a little bird to get away. We'll see what kind of noises it makes. Tame. Tame. Where do you want it? Wasn't it down there? It'll get stuck in the waste gate. You can't turn it. Can I? That would be... Can yo
u put it there? Is it disgusting to tighten? Well, it's the easiest to tighten from this side. Yeah. Now it's in the rules. So the screamer goes straight into the exhaust pipe for us. This is a 4-inch pipe. And, what's the output here? This is probably three inches. It's lightweight, but it's substantial. Even though it's like this. It's actually a bit of a pain, this tube. This is a truck pipe, but it's really light. Which way is this? It was going the right way. Except this one can be in a dif
ferent position when it's just put in. That's where you can put it... ...that counterpart and this in its place. We'll see if it's... if Antti has just done it and not almost. That could take the o-ring off, by the way. Let's take it off. It's not going to be very long. No. Is it in pulling circles, the shorter the better. The delay gets shorter. Do you notice that. I don't know. I think with a turbocharger like that, there's plenty of filling in there. Well, I looked at that engine and it was a
great engine for a Mercedes. Some Mercedes man cries blood when he hears that. Light and modern, yes, it is. That's really short. Short exhaust manifold and short intake manifold. Yep. There you go. There you go. With my cut and paste skills, it wouldn't go in there right away. How would you go about making a choke pipe like that? I'd have to put my finger in my mouth. First, there should be a kind of hawk pipe, which is bent there. Then we just go over there on the table to make it. 3D-print s
omething like that. I can't think of one, but I guess it has to come from some direction. From both ends so that the curves come down there, so that you can cut a straight piece between them. Sounds easy enough, but the execution might not be, it would be so easy for me. This one will be fine with this tube now. From that. The exhaust pipe comes in such a way that there is no flexibility now, because the flexibility goes into the exhaust pipe and then there is a sock in the pipe and there is no
power anymore. This one comes with a muff joint and springs. I forgot to buy the springs. This is the starting point and it goes like this. We made the bracket ready for that, so that's where we'll bolt the bracket. We'll make some kind of exhaust pipe bracket. Then it goes like this and it changes sides here. And we get to that side. Because we can't get in from this side, because the tank is here. So we change it completely to the other side here. It'll be good. I was wondering, when I have th
e exhaust pipe wrap, is it worth it to roll this into it? Well, it wouldn't hurt. I've got some thermo... Thermo stuff. Well, that should be it. I've got two rolls of black. Of course, it is if it's... When you put oil in it, it always lights up. The first time it burns a little. Basically, if you wanted to, you could have done that with the exhaust manifold. But this down pipe could be like this, so we would protect a little bit of all these things that are close by. After all, it is the floor
also heats less. Here it is useless to put it, when it drags the ground, so it goes immediately broken. Yes. I'll put the oil back in the turbo and check that it's okay. You want to weld that oil inlet? I can do that. The exhaust manifold's in place. Next thing you know, we're gonna start on the intake manifold. Then we'll show you how Fresh Air works and how we've implemented it. It's the kind of thing that's not used very often. Or it's not really used much at all. But we have used it in E91.
And it has been proven to work really well and then we install a little bit of this kind of stuff, so thank you for watching the video and we'll come back next time and then you'll see a lot of cool stuff.

@biumer

Hitto että tulee tyylikäs vehje tästä. Eihän tuolla kehtaa kohta edes ajaa ettei vaan likaannu.

@MetsaMan

No niin, nyt se sitten jyrähti.👍

@PHUSII

Tuli vaan mieleen että kerran siihen tulee sellainen lämpötunneli kuumalle ilmalle että pitäiskö tehdä konepeltiin siihen kohtaan "ulostulo" lämpimälle ilmalle? Laittaisi sinne tulipellin luokse pellin joka johtaisi lämmön konepellistä ulos. :)

@TuplaKakku

@NR-W

@user-ol5qp1ll8h

Luultavasti teillä tulee pakosarjaan keraaminen pinnoite...mahdollisesti myös sisäpuolelle. Saattaisi pudottaa jonkin verran lämpöjä ympäristössä...

@Make183

Miten noi johdot pääsi sulamaan? Eikö pumpulle ole sulaketta?

@kannastofilms

Jes! Lisempää suomidriftingin parasta sisältöä tänne tuben puolelle! 👌

@JesePiispane

ootteko tuomassa acs:ään näytille tätä?

@eerokoivusalo

Nyt on pakosatsikin oikein päin👍

@niko7090

Jääpaloja sinne välijäähdyttimen paisariin sitte ni saa heppoja lisää 😃

@TuplaKakku

@teemuronkainen

Mites pakosarjan pinnoitus?

@jani_kahkonen

Onnea kauteen!

@TehJeexe

@TheJtn80

Muistakaahan tehdä sääntöjenmukainen kardaanilenkki ennen kisoja.

@kolumpols
