I hate to say it but I'm actually returning Apple Vision Pro here's why since the Apple Vision Pro debuted earlier this month it's not comfortable it does not replace this some apple Fanatics and early adopters are explaining why they chose to return the red hot headwear within the 14-day window allowed if I wear this for more than 2 hours I get a real bad migrain and my forehead just starts to hurt even though some are blown away by its immersive features the complaints ranging from a lack of c
omfort to limited options for apps to a price tag that can easily touch north of $4,000 narinder wallia tells us he'd gladly pay that Hefty sum if he wasn't mainly using it to watch videos especially he says if the device can't be worn easily for hours in theater mode after how long would you say you started to feel physical symptoms just from wearing the device there was ICE train after 45 minutes The Wall Street Journal Joanna Stern reviewed the product I think part of one of the reasons these
returns are happening is people get into the store and they're like holy wow this is amazing and then they get home and then they realize I'm not going to use this thing so much and I paid a lot of money that wow factor convinced Luke miani it was a worthwhile investment I think they absolutely knocked it out of the park with just interacting with non-existent windows that appear to be floating in midair but Mark Zuckerberg not impressed comparing the Apple Vision Pro to his meta Quest 3 I don'
t just think that Quest is the better value I think the quest is the better product period as for the users showing up on the subway and even dinners with apple Vision Pros on hey bu I want some what up with the Pines miani call this kind of dystopian and likely not useful why bring it out to dinner with three of your good friends I mean it wasn't practical at all but it was very very fun as for those who are wondering is it really a good idea to bring these devices out in public we've all seen
these videos guys the truth is these devices are not designed to work in motion which is to say the features are not as effective when you're moving they're meant for home or for office we did of course also reach out to Apple to find out more information about how many of these devices have actually been returned so far we have not heard back back to you guys all right Sam thank you so much it's one thing when you look at the table next to you and like all the families on their they going to be
like Vision at I don't know hey thanks for watching don't miss the Today's Show every weekday at 11:00 a.m. eastern 8 Pacific on our streaming Channel today all day to watch head to today.com all day or click the link right here

@stevec1161

Everyone returning it because they all got their credit card bill and realized 4K for a first gen product isn't worth it 😂

@MilkKomsonChannel

Probably “influencers” bought them to make contents, once they posted their videos, they returned the Apple Vision Pros.

@issiewizzie

They are returning it because they didn't get enough views on YouTube

@riceman20

They're the same people that keep the tag on the clothes they buy, go to the club, and get all sweaty, then return it.

@captmrgn7040

They're returning because those YouTubers did their reviews and now they're done with them.

@michaelratcliffe7559

My guess is that most people are returning it because they wanted to try it but they don’t wanna spend this close to $4000 on it. So they’ve had two weeks and a lot of fun and now they get their money back. Very generous of Apple.

@RudieObias

Let's be real. These people were always going to return the Apple Vision Pro the moment they decided to buy it. They only wanted it for the internet points, Instagram clout, and for TikTok viral fame. This way, they get more views. Once for the purchase. Once for the unboxing. Once for the review. Once for the "I'm returning it" video. And finally, another one for the return itself. They got their money back AND the notoriety for having one. I mean, just the news coverage alone, like the video you're watching right now, got them a bigger audience. 😅

@KingAlphaOmega

Apple forgot to add "No Return Policy" 🤣

@techlabs721

Youtube is why returns are a thing. This is part of every new product review etc... small/smaller YT channels buy the device, review it, make some dramatic statement about whey they are returning it and get the money, they likely don't have or before a CC payment is due. IF, they could afford it, they would keep it as new apps, software updates etc... AVP will produce tons of content for larger YT channels as time goes on. Also, yes 1st gen product, not meant for everyone and Apple isn't surprised by the reception, it has gotten so much FREE marketing from all of this it's probably 100x increase from even a new iPhone or iPad 5 years ago.

@03Characters

They returned it because they made their review on YouTube already 😂

@XXtheJUMPoffXX

We already have enough screens to look at everyday, I don’t need one strapped to my face

@tiagomaqz

It’s definitely not the product. Most people returning it are returning it because they realize they needed the money for other things and the Vision Pro wasn’t a priority. Some even bought it solely to record a video with the intent to return before buying it.

@Gwosts

Notice everyone who returned it has a YouTube Channel

@shaggy214

Until they can get the tech down to the size of a pair of eye glasses, VR will never be mainstream.

@eauceylon1891

who would have thought tv glued to your eyes a bad idea :D

@OrionBlitz256

Apple users discovering VR for the first time and realising what everyone else already knew.

@riekumar6999

All VR headsets are like this, it's not an Apple Vision Pro issue. It just happens that the AVP is extremely expensive and impractical as a MacBook replacement, so $3,000+ for something that is used in very limited quantities will prompt returns, especially those that just started to experience VR. The Quest 3 despite having similar issues, is more comfortable, but more importantly, the lower price and functionality (towards games especially) makes the price very bearable. Had the AVP been priced similarly to the Quest 3, there might be more consumer willing to justify keeping it, but as of now the price outweighs the enjoyment from the headset.

@RobertJohnson-hp4gz

My parents always told me not to sit too close to the television….

@roxtar38

If this continues to be in Apple's product arsenal over the years with the necessary improvements in comfort and usability (like the virtual keyboard needs improvements), I could see a future where this could be an alternative WFH "computer." I think we are many years away from this becoming more than a novelty and entering the mainstream.

@ninjanerdstudent6937

I can name 1 billion amazing things to do with $4000, and buying these goggles is not one of them.
