use a program she has called a KCK and please help me welcome Karen Andrea Stefan how are you today hi I I'm so really honored to be here you mentioned that Panda can ask questions and I find that typical AI does not ask questions it just answers questions so am I understanding correctly that Panda asks you questions back the better it knows you the better it will get at asking questions because the thing is that in order to engage you or keep you engaged you need to feel like it matters and it
will grow with you and sometimes it tries to find solutions for you but if you don't like that style you can change the style and you can tell hey I want you to challenge me or I want you to do this and then see what happen we've talked a little bit about how we can use AI powerered emotional help to clarify our own thoughts how can we use it to declutter our mind we're in an era right now where there's a lot of stuff going on and there are a lot of pressures and a lot of stress and a lot of an
xiety how can we use it to declutter our mind yeah decluttering your mind means that you start sorting out you express yourself for example all these news are wearing me down and the the minute you start expressing this pain or this worry all the emotions that are messing with your mind and your body by the way that's the first step and then you can start getting an overviewing so what is the the thing that weighs most of me you put it at the side then what is something maybe that is only my hea
d that is not reality there are no facts to it so you put it in another box what is something that I don't need to solve right now or I can't solve because it's nothing that I have any power of solving it put it in another box and then you started working through the clutter in your mind because what you actually want is you want to have the overview and you want to be able to make decisions such as this doesn't go here or this is actually something I want to keep or here is where I need the roo
m for something new and what we need when we do this is a bit of guidance and we need motivation because especially in the beginning looks like it's just so much I better not start and when we get guidance and when we have a companion that keeps us motivated and it it goes like have you thought of this and you did well last week you did this this this this keep going then that's maybe just a little nudge and just a little tap on the shoulder that we needed to continue going and that's the true f
or the body because we also clutter our body it's true for our minds and it's true for our rooms Our lives our work life too so pan will always tell you not to do too many things at one time you know break it down into achievable tasks and then go and do the first one and let's see how you feel then let's see how you're doing and you feel like somebody's actually there with you and is giving you a a patter on the shoulder and is is suffering with you it's feeling with you it's giving you some em
pathy and it's so much easier at least for me well that's interesting and it solves a problem one of the problems many people have and especially I'm going to throw this to the teenagers a lot of teenagers feel like no one listens to me and my voice doesn't matter and many adults I'm going to throw this to the moms out there many moms feel like oh I do so much around my house and I do everything for everyone else and no one really appreciates what I do is this that moment where you have some fee
dback coming at you that you're feeding pandant Pandit is like coming back at you giving you the accolades that you need and giving you encouragement where you feel like no one appreciates what I do no one's listening to my voice I'm out here an Island by myself yes a lot of them really use it to vent into it because they have tough jobs maybe they care for someone they have kids but it's nothing that you can go make disappear so they need ear to just vent into it and they tell us that they feel
so much better then just need to decl it get it out off their chest and allowed to be angry and allowed to say things that maybe you don't want anyone else to hear and then you take it from there so that's one point and the other thing is that when Panda gives you this timely empathy you are reminded that first of all you matter you're worthy and the things that you express are important they're not nothing a lot of teenagers use ear KCK and they say I have been bottling up everything since I c
an bring man it's the first time I just let go I can just say things that maybe are stupid to others or that my parents would laugh at and the Panic doesn't laugh at me it takes me serious so at any age we feel that we don't belong or we feel that we're not taken serious that our word doesn't count that we have no no power no agency and when ear we created a safe room where you do have agency maybe not over everything but you can play around with it and learn how to express it towards another pe
rson a lot of our members tell us that they practice with the panda so maybe they have relationship problems and so they took it through with the panda and by the time they go out and talk to the partner like role playing yeah like role playing and by the time they're done with it they can reflect the P gives them a few actionable suggestions and then they go out in the real world reconnect with the partner or a friend or the mother whoever and have been able to formulate and express what is hur
ting them and how potentially the solution could look like and just having that step before getting into a fight or feeling like the world owes you you can go practice that and it's all it's your diary nobody's going to go and look at it there are so many times in our lives I myself am guilty of this as well where I say oh I wish I didn't say that and I wish I could rewind that conversation and I could now change my words and I could say it a little bit differently because the person that I'm sp
eaking to was offended because my words came out the wrong way and now they're never going to speak to me again and I was like ah I just wish I could have a doover right this gives us the doover so that all those people in our lives that are like I can't believe you just said that and now I get a chance to practice with panda I can say any which way I like and I can vent as much as I want and I can just tell it like it is and then lo and behold Panda's going to help me restructure and reframe th
e thoughts so that I can present them in a normal way so people don't think I'm just like that crazy yes because we walk around in life and we pick up trash all day right I feel like a trash man I pick up here and then somebody burn me with that and by time it's the afternoon I'm going to explode at some point and dump all the trash in front of someone who doesn't deserve that we can diffuse some of that and let go of whatever without hurting someone it's just going to help you do away with it o
r look at it with clearer eyes so yes it is very helpful and just by doing few seconds of opening the app and say something into it getting a reply that's it and if you do more more than that if you set up goals and if you check your tasks and do all the other things meditation and breathing exercises that we offer within the app then your curve is even steeper and the efficacy is even better over time well and I think if you use it that's the key instead of just scrolling aimlessly through soci
al media if you were to stop for a a couple of minutes and just check in and I'm thinking that there are times throughout our day that are organic check-in moments you wake up first thing in the morning morning how did you sleep last night check in if you just got back from the gym how do you feel did you have a good workout were you honest about the workout that you did or did you just fluff your way through it and check in if you're standing in front of the microwave waiting for something to h
eat up you got a minute or two where you could check in there are a couple organic moments throughout the day that are built in where you can check in and then stay in touch and I don't know about most of you but I know that I've tried writing the journal where you pull out the book and you try to write the word and unless it's a dedicated time every day it's so easy to not sit down and do that and I see this as a real opportunity to keep track of your life otherwise it's just going to slip away
