Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform’s AI Journey with AWS | Amazon Web Services

Salesforce has partnered with AWS to quickly and safely deploy generative AI capabilities across their application suite, leveraging services like Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock to enable capabilities like automated summarization and knowledge base search using large language models. This allows Salesforce customers to use natural language to interact with Salesforce applications in an integrated way. The way that the whole industry is pivoting towards generative AI, naturally, everybody wanted to build, various applications and customer experiences. Our customers were asking for that, and because of that, we pivoted our strategy towards the generative AI applications. We had this good strategic partnership with AWS, which enabled us to quickly go to market with generative AI use cases in a safe way across our entire application suite. We've been using the EC2 Compute Instances for a bunch of
our use cases in our Hyperforce public cloud infrastructure. We jointly built together new inferencing services, as well as leveraging the large language models through SageMaker Jumpstart. And now, recently we started using Amazon Bedrock. We're pretty excited with a bunch of new announcements of Amazon Bedrock and look forward to using more of that service. So we have been able to introduce the generative AI capabilities across our entire application suite. Customers who use our sales product
s are now able to spend more time with their customers instead of Same on service customers, instead of spending time summarizing a case or replying to- searching for answers in the knowledge base, they're able to leverage the solutions that we provide much faster. So a lot of our customers have been able to benefit by this technology that we've introduced.
