hi I'm Sam and welcome to Sam's Russian Adventures now if you're new to this channel I'm an English guy who's been living in provincial Russia for 17 years now a lot has been made about Russian people about their ruthlessness about their mean mentality about how bad they are and how the media portrays Russia as just being this bad evil place so today I decided to head to the streets of the provincial town of Vladimir and just chat to some Russians and so you can see what everyday Russians are re

ally like and by the way I was supposed to go on the road trip a lot of people have been asking me why aren't you going on this road trip well this happened and then this happened and so unfortunately the road trip is on hold for now now as you probably know YouTube suppresses content which shows Russia in a normal way so if you're watching this video and you're here for the first time I suggest subscribing and liking the video first of all it's really going to help the algorithm to push the vid

eo out to more people so more people get to see the content and secondly it might be your last chance to ever see any of my videos foreign [Music] so in today's video I thought I'd walk around the city a little bit and chat to some Russians this is something I really enjoy doing just taking the camera along and speaking to strangers and one of the questions I want to ask them is what is it that you would like foreigners to know about your country so look I've got one of those trolleys that turns

on you how annoying is that look foreign yes they've got the one-on-one perfect been looking for this coffee flavor um here they've got some Posh sort of vinegar crisps don't really get much so many equisps in Russia so even though they're bloody expensive I'm just gonna have to grab one packet one of the things I really enjoyed doing a week or so ago in a video was giving away kindest to strangers so I think I'm gonna do that again today here we've got the the wall of Kinder Surprises so look

how they made the prices look one of them costed almost 90 rubles but for 36 you can get them for 71.90 each so guess I'm going to be getting 36 of these bad boys look at this the diet of an Englishman 36 Kinder Eggs salt and vinegar crisps and rum and I know who I'm gonna give one of these two check out these things interesting I like that one although I'd probably have another sign like that sign that'd be cool to show us foreign [Applause] [Music] [Applause] would be I found a victim beaten h
